Mit Schermaschinen für Rasierschnitt ist ein gutes Ausrasieren nur möglich, wenn die Hautpartie,
über welche der Scherkopf fährt, so gespannt ist, daß die Bartstoppeln sich nicht umlegen, sondem
senkrecht zur Hautfläche sich aufrichten und die Poren quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Scherkopfes
geöffnet werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist durch einen eigenen Vorschlag bekannt, Außen- und Innenmesser
längs der Bewegungsrichtung des bewegliehen Innenmessers nach außen zu wölben. Es
wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Haut durch die Wölbung der Schnittfläche gespannt wird und die
Poren in der erwähnten günstigen Richtung ausgeweitet
werden, wobei die Enden des Scherkopfes nur mit leichtem Druck aufliegen und keinen

vollkommenes Aufrichten der Haarenden und ein Ausweiten der Poren in zwei Richtungen erzielt,
wobei die Haarenden in dieser Stellung vom zweiten Scherkopf vollkommen dicht an der Hautoberfläche

Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte obere Teil j der Schermaschine für Rasiersohnitt weist zwei ;
Scherköpfe 1 und i' im Abstand parallel zueinander
angeordnet auf. Die beiden Scherköpfe besitzen je ein mit Schneidelücken versehenes festes hohles
Außenmesser 2 und ein nicht näher dargestelltes Innenmesser, das durch einen Klöppel 3 in seiner
Längsrichtung hin und her bewegt wird. Die Schnittflächen von Außen- und Innenmesser sind in
der Bewegungsrichtung des Innenmessers, d. h. in der Längsrichtung, kreisbogenförmig nach außen
gewölbt, um beim Aufsetzen des Apparates auf die Haut letztere in dieser Längsrichtung zu spannen.
Im Querschnitt sind Außen- und Innenmesser dachförmig gestaltet, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich. Dadurch,
daß zwei Scherköpfe vorgesehen sind, wird das Stück der Haut zwischen den l>eiden Scherköpfen
auch noch quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Innenmessers angespannt. Dies ist in Fig. 2 bei 4
angedeutet, während bei 5 die vor dem Scherkopf 1' entstehende wellenförmige Ausbuchtung dier Haut
dargestellt ist, welche bei der Bewegung des Apparates in der angedeuteten Pfeilrichtung sich
einstellt. Während nun die Haarenden vor dem Scherkopf ι' sich infolge der Ausbuchtung umlegen,
stellen sie sich im zwischen den Scherköpfen 1 und 1' liegenden Teil senkrecht und werden vom
nachfolgenden Scherkopf 1 dicht an der Haut abgeschnitten infolge der doppelten Anspannung der
Haut in Längs- und Querrichtung der Scherköpfe. In Fig. 3 ist eine Schermaschine für Rasierschnitt
