Die 1?rfindung bezieht sich auf-ein Gymnastik-
gerät, das zur Entwicklung der Willenskraft, Kon-
zentrationsfähigkeit und Körperbeherrschung sowie
zur Stärkung der Hand- und Armmuskeln dienen
soll, indem der Übende bestrebt ist, durch Drehen
des Stabes von Hand einen Gewichtssatz vom
Boden abzuheben und in der Schwebe zu halten.
Das Gerät ist für jedes Alter und Geschlecht, wie
auch für Einzel- und Gruppengymnastik, gut ge-
eignet.
Der Erfindung gemäß wird ein in seiner Mitte
durch eine Seilführung in zwei Handgriffe ab-
t I etel ilter Stab mittels einer Schnur mit
einem Ge-
wichtssatz verbunden. Nach Abnahme der links
und rechts auf dem Stab aufgeschobenen Griff-
