Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein gymnastisches Gerät zur Körperpflege, insbesondere für Frauen. Es sind derartige Geräte bekannt, bei denen zwei Gewichte oder Handgriffe an einem an einer Wand zu befestigenden Halter vorgesehen sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die beiden Gewichte oder Handgriffe an einer einzigen elastischen Verbindungsschnur befestigt, welche über zwei am Halter angeordnete Führungsrollen mit senkrechter Achse führt, wobei die elastische Schnur eine derartige Länge besitzt, daß in der Ruhestellung die beiden Halter oder Griffe an den Führungsrollen anliegen. Gegenüber den bekannten Vorrichtungen wird nach der Erfindung der Vorteil erzielt, daß die das Gerät gebrauchende Person gezwungen ist, die Arme während der Ausführung der Übungen stets waagerecht zu halten, so daß in erster Linie der vordere Teil des Deltamuskels zusammengezogen wird.
