In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung in Ansicht dargestellt. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Hemd i auf seiner Vorderseite mit einem QUerSChlitZ 2 versehen, der ungefähr in Brusthöhe verläuft. Geschlossen wird dieser SchlitZ 2 auf irgendeine geeignete Art, wie z.
