Description

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Trocknung von Hartholz Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Trocknen von Hartholz mit einer Anfangsfeuchte über dem Fasersättigungspunkt. Bei der Trocknung von Holz mit Temperaturen über ioo° C hat sich ergeben, daß Weichholz von jedem Anfangsfeuchtigkeitsgrad an getrocknet werden kann, ohne Schaden zu erleiden, während Hartholz mit mehr als 35010 Anfangsfeuchte Risse bekommt. Dies ist darauf zurückzuführen, daß die Luft über ioo° C nicht mit ioo°/o relativer Feuchtigkeit gesättigt werden kann und das frische Hartholz bei Beginn dieser Art der Trocknung sofort an der Oberfläche verschalt, während Weichholz von innen heraus Feuchtigkeit abgibt und deshalb den Feuchtigkeitsfluß nicht abreißen läßt.Method and device for drying hardwood The invention relates to a method for drying hardwood with an initial moisture content above the fiber saturation point. In der zweiten Stufe wird vom Fasersättigungspunkt an mit Temperaturen über ioo° C bis zu der gewünschten Endfeuchte herabgetrocknet. Verfahren zur Trocknung von Hartholz mit einer Anfangsfeuchte über dem Fasersättigungspunkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trocknung bis zum Erreichen des Fasersättigungspunktes mit Temperaturen unter 1000 C, nach Erreichen des Fasersättigungspunktes mit Temperaturen über 10o° C durchgeführt wird.
