Description
Werkstoffprüfmaschine mit Kraftmessung durch Neigungspendel und Meßbereichkennzeidinung Werkstoffprüfmaschinen werden neben Kraftmessung durch Manometer, Waagen, meist jedoch mit Neigungspendel ausgerüstet. Das Neigungspendel selbst erhält den Meßbereichen entsprechend verschiedene aufsetzbare oder aufschiebbare Gewichte. Beispielsweise wird eine 40 t Universalprüfmaschine mit Neigungspendel, wie man sie in allen Laboratorien, Forschungsinstituten und Werksabnahmestellen findet, mit drei Meßbereichen ausgestattet, von 40 t, 20 t und 4 t. Zu diesem Zweck sind am Neigungspendel Kontakte vorgesehen, die derart angeordnet sind, daß beim Aufsetzen eines Belastungsgewichtes am Bedienungsstand der Meßbereich, der durch das Aufsetzen des Belastungsgewichtes eingeschaltet ist, kenntlich wird. Das kann beispielsweise dadurch geschehen, daß die zum aufgesetzten Belastungsgewicht gehörende Skala beim Aufsetzen des Belastungsgewichtes beleuchtet wird.
