Description
Block with recesses for the formation of mortar channels opposite the traditional mortar with a trowel have become known in recent times, where building blocks with recesses are used, into which the mortar mass is poured is introduced. These recesses are located in the masonry that are invisible from the outside Outer sides or inner profile parts of the building blocks and effect, filled with mortar, the connection of the stones in the vertical direction, i.e. the butt joint connection. Since there is no mortar bearing joint, such masonry is characterized by higher compressive strength; Stone presses on stone. The sealing effects of the One looks for bed joints by applying mortar from the outside or by dipping the individual ones To replace stones in cement mortar slurry; both procedures are also carried out simultaneously applied. In the new building blocks according to the present invention are those for the later mortar filling in the casting process provided recesses like a wreath trained so that they can open or completely close the stone or parts of it Embrace manner in uninterrupted train. By the usual relocation of the individual Stone layers, a pronounced connection of the stones is achieved by impact and bed joints, which remain invisible from the outside in the masonry bond. The wreath-like Recessed mortar spaces of the stones laid next to and on top of each other touch each other at their periphery or they merge into one another. This creates a network-like Mortar system, which completely seals all stone joints in every direction and, because it is embedded in recessed cavities and not subjected to pressure. In Fig. i is an example of the formation of such a building block from concrete a hollow block, which in addition to two insulating cavities, two further cavities for Has mortar rings according to the invention, individually and in the masonry association (longitudinal and cross-section).
If several layers of such stones are laid in a bond, then the mortar slurry poured in from above using the channel-like recesses. In this way, from bottom to top, all mortar cavities of the adjacent ones are filled Stones, creating a cohesive network of joints in a very effective design arises.
In the manufacture of the new building blocks from plastic in the rough production Substances, preferably clay, is a further development within the meaning of the invention possible. At one end or both ends of the building blocks are cut through two or more inner profile ribs released in the plastic state and so bent together, that they are one or more adjacent or one above the other or one inside the other, closed Form cavities.
In Figs. 2 a to 2 c, an embodiment of such z. B. i2 cm wide stone shown, namely a) isometric, b) in a section through the middle of the mortar spaces of a three-layer normal dressing and c) in a cross section of the same wall, with the cut in the top and bottom Stone through the middle of the stone, with the middle stone through the butt joint. Reached here one higher thermal insulation, particularly easy mortar passage when pouring and one Saving of mortar mass to less than a third of that of normal brick masonry required amount.
For girders, beams, T-beams, steel stone ceilings, reinforced concrete rib ceilings etc. and their combinations with other materials are transverse breakthroughs in the load-bearing Components known (Visintini carrier, etc.), also the use of hollow clay bodies as formwork bodies remaining in the construction (steel stone ceilings, etc.).
According to the invention for the production of steel stone beams o. The like., Serving as a shell, building blocks with enclosed cavities are used. These Due to their position in the components, cavities become recesses for the stress-absorbing Parts (reinforcement, concrete coating, pressure concrete), their shell in certain directions and dimensions to limitations of the latter.
In FIGS. 3 a to 3 c, an embodiment of such a steel stone bar is shown, namely al a single stone in a perspective view, b) a beam piece in longitudinal section, c) the same in cross section along line xx. The spaces 2 to be filled with concrete and reinforcement between the individual cavities i are inevitably of such dimensions that they accommodate the required reinforcement 3 and its concrete casing when the stones simply abut against one another. The sloping base and top flanks of the beams can serve as supports and abutments for hollow ceiling bodies. Such steel stone beams are characterized by their low weight, high sound and heat insulation and static reliability. Furthermore, their factory production can be addressed as rational.
