Vielfach
The contacts for flat sockets into which the contact pins of the
Plugs intervene must be designed to be resilient in accordance with VDE regulations
be. Many different constructions and types of springs are used for this. Multiple
these springs consist of a leaf spring and are designed in this way; that they the
Grasp the connector pin from two sides. The subject of the invention is
to bring about a simplification of the spring compared to the previous designs.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the one piece of spring plate
existing springs, which with angled tabs together with the connector
are attached to the top of the base and in a recess open at the bottom
of the base protrude, are bent in the shape of a sine wave and with a
Shaft embrace the connector pins. This facility has in addition to the simplified
and cheaper production also has the advantage that the contact springs only have one movement
to be carried out on one side, because the fastening holes of the socket base @ are located
with the connector pins in a row so that the springs can be inserted into the socket
There is very little space between the mounting holes and the connector pins
is. The contact springs would consist of two parts or the connector pins of
include both sides, so would have to insert the springs between the connector pins
and the mounting holes have more space. But because the contact springs
of the subject matter of the invention only rest on the outside of the connector pins
the narrow space between the connector pin and the mounting hole when inserting the springs
not a hindrance. The one-sided contact of the springs on the connector pins is
perfectly sufficient for the passage of current in apartment sockets.
