Compressed air fluid lifter with injector and impact weight for the
Reversing valve The invention relates to compressed air fluid lifters having a

is reversed. In such jacks it is known to use the reversing valve on the injector
to be arranged, for example, so that the inlet opening of the mixing nozzle the seat of the
Valve forms. In certain of these known jacks, the valve moves
exclusively and inevitably by the swimmer. This arrangement enables
but no sudden change of direction from suction to pressure, because the float is only proportionately
slowly rising. It can also happen with this arrangement that when the

In the last phase of its closing movement, the valve is free of the float
and is pulled into its closed position by the suction of the injector. But then you have to
the injector is one of its normal design with an air inlet nozzle lying on the same axis
and mixing nozzle received a different design, which is more expensive and in terms of cleanliness
dirt and the like is less advantageous. Now there is already a lifter version
has been proposed in which, despite the seat formed by the mixing nozzle
for the reversing valve
the nozzles of the injector in the usual way
lie coaxially. In addition to the reversing valve, special,
also moved by the float means are provided that make it possible to
Air passage from the delivery container through the ring channel of the injector to its mixing nozzle
to be limited to a certain part of the ring canal.
In the case of compressed air fluid siphons with an injector and an associated one
The invention operates a reversing valve with a valve seat formed by the mixing nozzle
an impact weight for the actual closing of the reversing valve, such as
it is known per se with other types of liquid siphons.
The invention consists in that the appropriately formed by a ball,

In ihrem engen
k dient eine in diesen eingesetzte Büchse m. a is the conveying container for the liquid to be lifted and b its lid, which carries the control parts. The injector is built into the vent opening provided in the cover and consists of the coaxial nozzles, namely the compressed air inlet nozzle c and the mixing nozzle d. In its narrow part, the mixing nozzle d forms the seat f for the shut-off or reversing valve g. The compressed air is supplied to the nozzle c through the connector h and the channel i. The valve g is arranged in the channel k which is formed around the nozzle c between the latter and the mixing nozzle d. To guide the valve g in the annular channel k , a sleeve m inserted into it is used.
Nockens n' des Schwimmerhebels n.The float lever n is mounted with its pivot pin o on a support p attached to the underside of the cover. The lever n has an elongated hole q in which the lower connecting bolt r plays two links s, the upper connecting bolt t of which is hinged to a lever u. The lever 2t is also rotatable on the support p and is provided with a weight 0. With the bolt u2 provided at the free end of its one arm, the lever engages in an elongated hole m2 in the valve rod m '. On the other arm, the lever tt carries a transverse bolt u3, which works together with the catch v of a locking lever 7, which is suspended so that it can swing at zu '. The locking lever w is under the action of a cam n 'of the float lever n.
When the conveying container is empty, the compressed air flows in the direction of the fully drawn arrows to and out of the inlet nozzle c and through the mixing nozzle d into the open, where it sucks the air in the conveying container a through the annular channel k and creates a negative pressure in it, whereby the liquid quickly in the container a is sucked in or the inflow of liquid flowing in due to its gravity is accelerated. The delivery container fills up and the float with its lever n moves upwards, whereby the weight lever u, ui, guided by the links s, also rotates until its bolt tt3 comes to rest on the detent v of the locking lever, the momentary one further movement of the weight lever tt is prevented. As a result of the elongated hole q , the float lever n performs the last phase of its upward movement, whereby it acts through its cam rt 'on the locking lever w and swings it out when the float highest position is reached in such a way that the catch v releases the bolt u3 and thus the weight lever u. By moving the levers n and u, the reversing valve g has been brought into position g '. When the weight lever u is released, it snaps the valve g from its position g 'into the closed position on your seat f. This interrupts the exit of the compressed air through the mixing nozzle d, and the compressed air now flows in the direction of the dashed arrows through the annular channel k in the conveying container a and presses out the liquid that has accumulated in this. When the liquid level falls, the float with its lever n falls. In the process, the cam n 'is released from the locking lever w and allows it to return to its locking position. After a certain time, the swimmer takes the weight lever u into its clamping position through the handlebars, and shortly before it reaches its lowest position, the valve g is torn open via the bolt u2, the elongated hole m2 and the rod ml, whereby the valve with its rod in the initial position shown in full lines in the drawing falls back. The suction effect of the injector has thus started again and a new filling of the conveying container a has begun.
