Device for operating film devices for multi-track recordings
It is known a tape-shaped carrier with several tracks of an image or sound recording
to be labeled, for example running alternately in opposite directions.
The beginning and the end of such a recording can be with the beginning or the
The end of the banks coincide or lie at any point, in particular
when the overall record consists of several pieces, this arrangement
the recording brings with it the need for a facility, which is possible
to a large extent automatic switching of the running direction of the carrier as well as stopping
causes and also, if possible, the recording and playback optics of the track
to track at the end or beginning of the tape. The invention shows one for this
Path. According to the invention, the belt is provided with contact means at the reversing points,
which actuate a circuit via mating contacts on the device that determines the direction of travel
of the drive motor switches. As a contact means, metallic documents can be used alongside
the recording tracks, or hole contacts and as mating contacts
special contact rollers, which can also be designed as guide rollers. Appropriately
a relay is provided in the circuit that switches off the armature of the motor
and at the same time toggles the field for changing the direction of rotation. For the
Recommissioning can advantageously be pressed a button that the armature circuit
closes so that the return begins. This relay can then also simultaneously
cause the optics to be adjusted. With contact rollers as a mating contact it is useful
an isolated storage provided.
In
In diesem
metallischen Belege A, und A,
Belege vom Ende bzw.
liegen können, wenn nämlich irgendein Stück in diesem Bereich endigt oder anfängt;
Belegungen in entsprechender Lage anzubringen.
According to the further invention, the contacts can also work in conjunction with a locking mechanism, which is provided for actuating the device for forward and reverse movement. The invention and other related details are illustrated with reference to the figure, for example. A tape-shaped recording medium C has two sound tracks S and S2, which can also form two double tracks in the manner of a stereophonic recording. The two records should contain two different pieces of music, each of which is about z. B. extends the entire length of the tape, one being scanned in the forward and the other in the reverse. The reversing points are thus at the beginning or end of the belt. At these points there are metallic documents A and A2 on the carrier, which are e.g. B. extend as a narrow band next to the sound track. In the device, the mating contacts are attached to a plate P at a corresponding point. These consist of two roles each Fa for the circuit at the beginning and Fe for the circuit at the end of the tape. These roles can also be designed as guide rollers for the tape and are mounted isolated from the device. In the case of the rollers Fa at the beginning of the belt, this is achieved in that each roller consists of two parts, of which one part Ti consists of conductive and the other part T of non-conductive material. Such an arrangement can be chosen here because the metallic coating assigned to these contacts lies on the edge of the carrier, which runs over the front edge of the roller. In the case of the contacts at the end of the tape, this is precisely the opposite; here the contact rollers Fe are accordingly stored in sockets Bi and B, which effect the insulation. The guide rollers are fitted with slip springs Da and De to conduct electricity. A relay R is connected to these slip springs, the two contact rollers forming a switch in the circuit of the relay. In this circuit, the motor M lies with its field winding W. The armature circuit liegt'dabei a break contact ri of the relay R and the field circuit the normally closed contacts r2 and r and r work contacts, and Y. via which, upon actuation of the relay switching the Field winding and thus the switching of the direction of rotation of the motor takes place. A key E is provided in the armature circuit of the motor, which is parallel to contact r. When the tape has reached the end while playing, as shown, the two contact rollers Fe close via the metallic document A, the circuit for the relay R, whose contact ri falls on and switches off the motor. At the same time, the contacts r. to r, the field winding switched. But the engine still stops. When key E is pressed, the motor is switched on again and runs in reverse; this button is pressed until the contact rollers are out of the area of the metallic document A, then their contact is released again, so that the relay drops out and closes the armature circuit via its contact ri. When the carrier in the return with its occupancy A2 comes to the area of the contact rollers Fa, the circuit of the relay R is closed via these rollers and thus the motor is switched off and its field switched over. Its direction of rotation is thus back to forward, so that therefore a repetition can be done by Drückep the E key or a final shutdown of the system by operating the main switch H. The switching of the scanning optics may conveniently be carried out in conjunction with the operation of the E key, by z. B. at the same time by a mechanical connection or by electromagnetic means, the lighting is switched from one track to the other or the track is covered in light with the help of a diaphragm. The length of the metallic covers A and A are to be selected in such a way that the contact via the contact rollers remains closed while the motor is running down. The expansion also depends on the distances between the two contact rollers. The distance between these metallic documents from the end or the beginning of the tracks should be chosen so that the motor has its full speed again after being switched on again, shortly before the next track starts to be scanned again. Furthermore, the optics should also be switched during this time of the belt run. The distance between these metallic documents and the end or beginning of the tape depends on the winding process. Of course, this must also be guaranteed. The contact rollers can also consist of several parts isolated from one another, depending on the position of further reversing points, which can also be between the beginning and end of the belt, for example, if any piece ends or begins in this area; Furthermore, such a design can also be given when more than two tracks are to be scanned. In both cases, of course, appropriate metallic coverings must be attached in the appropriate position. This type of insulation can therefore generally be advantageous in film devices where guide rollers are used as contact means. Instead of the described contact-making by means of metallic documents, the contact-making can also take place via a corresponding perforation in the strip. The tape then runs over a conductive mating contact at the contact point and the connection can be made via contact springs which scan the perforation and thereby close the circuit of the relay via the metallic mating contact. D-, r proposed mechanism is independent of the type of recording; it can therefore also be used, for example, with magnetic sound recordings, and it is also independent of the content of the recordings and the other design of the carrier. The principle can also be used for recording, the transit location and the guidance of the tape can take place in the usual way.
