Die Erfindung betrifft die weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung nach dem Patent 746845. Durch den nach der Haupterfindung vorgesehenen knopfähnlichen Vorsprung auf der Unterseite der Schuheinlage wird eine Aufrichtung des vorderen inneren Fersenbeinendes bewirkt. Es hat sich nun ergeben, daß sich durch eine äußerlich geringfügig erscheinende Änderung bzw.
