Description
Stove insert for distributing and damming the flue gases The invention relates on a device that can be used in a stove for distributing and stowing the Flue gases from stoves with large surface heating, such as hotplates, ovens, iron ovens, Glue ovens, etc., in which the exhaust gases against the surface to be heated should be guided or pressed. This makes extensive use of the Flue gas heat reached.
The reason for the need for such a stove insert is that For example, the baking ability of kitchen stoves does not always meet the requirements is equivalent to. because the chimney is the flue gases bypassed around the oven on the pulls the shortest `sweep from the fume cupboard below the oven and thereby the The lower baking chamber surface is hardly or too little heated by the flue gases. It arises then a one-sided mostly upper overheating leading to unevenly baked Must lead well. Even with ample fuel supply, i.e. sufficient generation of smoke gases. such a condition cannot be improved. Similar disadvantages show up in other herds as well. L m to eliminate this deficiency, it was known a so-called fire tongue below the usable area, i.e. the oven floor, the Stovetop, etc., built in, which distribute and stow the smoke gases be "virken should.' Such tongues of fire have shown themselves to be inadequate, so that the one shown Deficiency was alleviated, but could not be remedied with this arrangement. A solution to the task of cheap distribution and stowage the flue gases is achieved by the subject matter of the invention.
The object of the invention consists of several approximately radially arranged and bent guide plates below the surface to be heated. Her The purpose of the arrangement is to divert the heating gases in the fume cupboard to that of the inflow side to the opposite side and to lead it against the heating surface, from here then into the part of the fume cupboard lying on the rear wall, so that they have to flow almost at right angles and at the same time against the floor to be heated are performed, from where they are then sucked through the exhaust chamber of the chimney will.
According to the invention, each of the guide plates is preferably on two Third of its length and up, a third of its height beveled and at the free end angled in the direction of the flue gas flow. The 1-holes of the individual plates one below the other are graded differently, which leads to an increasing stagnation of the gases. A Another feature of the invention relates to the controllability of the height of each individual guide plate, with the regulation via a common axis with cam members o. The like. Can be done from outside the stove. The individual guide plates exist for this purpose preferably from double-walled bodies or from an upper movable, concurrent second part, which is attached so that it can be moved vertically.
In the drawing, an embodiment is shown on a kitchen stove, and it shows Abbot). t a kitchen stove in longitudinal section, A11>. 2 shows a cross section along line AB in Fig. I and A11. 3 is a view of a guide plate.
The following are designated: the front wall of the stove with a, the side walls with b, the grate with c, the chimney flue with d, the flue gas exhaust area with h, which extends over the oven g below the hob i, the lintel on the side of the oven g with f , the flap on the chimney with k, the previously common fire tongue in the lower flue gas duct with l and the stove insert according to the invention with m, ri, o.
The operation of the stove insert is as follows: The flue gases extracted from the furnace c are drawn from the chimney with the flap k closed through the exhaust chamber 1a running over the oven g, then through the exhaust chamber f attached to the side of the oven g via the exhaust chamber e located below the oven g , in which the stove insert with the radially arranged guide plates m, it, o is, vacuumed. The: lnordnutig of the previously usual fire tongue l shows that the flue gas path is too short for sufficient distribution and stowage of the flue gases against the oven testicles. An extension of the same would still not have the success that is achieved by the guide plates ni, ii, o according to the invention in that they are distributed over the entire space. Each of these plates is beveled for about two thirds of its length towards the end of the plate by one third of its height. Furthermore, the individual plate ends are bent after the flow of smoke gases; the heights of the beveled plate parts are graduated from one another. As a result, increasing congestion is achieved due to the graduated free passage height. The inventive device occurs on the way of this stepped stagnation an almost even distribution of the smoke gases, so that they can have a full effect on the surface to be heated, so here the oven floor, before they leave the exhaust chamber e via the exhaust chamber d and the The stove pipe to be sucked out of the chimney. When the baffle plates merge, the exhaust gases are separated on the sloping part of the plates nt, n, o. While a part of the flue gas flows directly through the passage to the fume cupboard, the part flowing the length of the plate m is first pushed away in the direction of the plate, and then tears off in vortex at the end of the plate, forming a vortex cushion for the gases flowing over the inclined surface, which thereby still are better pressed against the surface to be heated and thus a uniform and complete heating of the oven floor is brought about. In general, it is sufficient if the plates are used, the curves of which are adapted to the respective oven space. However, their attachment is easily possible, as is the arrangement of external handles for their adjustment. To regulate and change the upper passage gap below the heating surface, the individual guide plates in, it, o can also be double-walled, in such a way that one part, displaced vertically relative to the other, allows the passage gap to be changed. It is sufficient if at least one upper movable, synchronous second part is provided. The regulation and adjustment of the individual plates can take place from the outside via a common axis with cam members or the like.
