Die Neuerung betrifft ein Profilbrett mit Nut und Feder, insbesondere zur Tür-, Wand- oder Deckenverkleidung in Wohnbereichen. Profilbretter werden im allgemeinen aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoffen hergestellt, wobei auch bei der Verwendung von Holz aus Kostengründen auf einfachere Holzsorten zurückgegriffen wird. Dies bedingt, daß zumindest die Sichtseiten der Profilbretter mit Schichtstoffplatten, Kunststoffolien oder Furnieren beschichtet sind.
