Verkleidungen für Türzargen sind bekannt. Die bekannten Ver-) ' kleidungen werden so auf die Türzargen aufgesetzt, daß die Falz als Hohlrau· erhalten bleibt. Hiervon ausgehend stellt sich für vorliegende Erfindung die Aufgabe, eine Verkleidung so auszubilden· daß zusätzlich zu anderen Vorteilen die Öffnungsbreite der Tür nur minimal verringert wird. Die Lösung für diese Aufgabe ergibt eich dadurch, daß die erfindungsgenäße Verkleidung aus zwei miteinander verrastbaren Profilstücken besteht, von denen das eine J als Bekleidungsplatte auf die Falzseite des alten Futters auf- und ln dessen Falz elnlegbar ist und die Falz für das TUr-blatt enthält, während das andere Profilstück als Futterplatte auf die Tiefe des alten Futters auflegbar ist. Die Falz des alten Futters bleibt somit nicht als Hohlraum und verlorener Raum erhalten, sondern wird mit der erfindungsgemäßen Verkleidung ausgefüllt. Dadurch wird Raun gewonnen und die Öffnungsbreite der Tür nur minimal herabgesetzt. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß die eine Futterplatte als Profilstück die gesamte Tiefe des alten Futters abdeckt· Diese Futterplatte kann, wie noch ausgeführt wird, in beliebiger Breite hergestellt werden. Die einzelnen Verkleidungsplatten können auch auf geklebt werden. Hierzu verden an zwei oder drei Stellen übereinander Punkte aus Heiß-kleber auf das alte Türfutter aufgespritzt· Die Verkleidungsplatten werden erfindungsgemäß zweckmäßig aus Kunststoff extrudiert. Sie können aber auch aus Holz, Spanplatten, Stahl oder Aluminium gefertigt werden. Bei einem Extrudieren aus Kunststoff weist der längere Schenkel der Bekleidungsplatte einen längs durch ihn durchlaufenden Hohlraum auf, der ein zur Versteifung dienendes Flacheisen umschließt.
