Nach vollständigem Aufklappen des Sitzes B stellen sich vorn am Abortsitzrahmen zwei scharnierartig an demselben befestigte Stützen c¹ auf die Querleiste α des Stuhlgestelles A auf. An der Hinterseite des Rahmens D sind unterhalb desselben zwei Schiebleisten e so gelagert, dafs durch Drehen des oberhalb des Rahmens D liegenden Griffes d die beiden Leisten e bei aufgeklapptem Sitz B in die an den Leisten a^l des Gestelles A befestigten Kappen b¹ eingreifen. Der Abortsitz sitzt somit vorn auf den Stützen c¹, hinten auf den verschiebbaren Leisten e auf dem Gestellt bezw. auf dessen Leisten a a¹ fest auf.
