Die Herstellung von Mauern aus Gufsmörtel mit Verblendplatten zwischen I-Eisen kann in der durch Zeichnung dargestellten Verbindung geschehen, indem die im Patent Nr. 73938 beschriebenen rippenförmigen Verblendplatten durch Einlage von bogenförmig gespannten Eisenstäben in den Falz der Rippe mit den I-Eisen verbunden werden, wie Fig. 1 dies im Grundrifs, Fig. 2 im 'Querschnitt darstellt. Die Fabrikation der Verblendplatten geschieht vortheilhaft in der Weise, dafs die Falzrippen vorher für sich hergestellt werden, wie dies Fig. 3 und 4 andeuten. Nach Einlage der Rippen in die Plattenform wird die Platte darüber gegossen. Zur Verbindung der Rippe mit der darauf zu giefsenden Platte werden die üblichen Einlagen von Juteleinen, Rohr oder Drahtgewebe in die Rippe bezw. Platte angewendet. Die Falzrippen können auf diese Weise aus anderem Material wie die Platten hergestellt werden, z. B. aus Magnesit (Sorelcement), während die Platten selbst von Hartgyps oder dergl. angefertigt werden können, da die Einlagen der Falzrippen eine feste Verbindung mit der Platte ermöglichen (s. Fig. 4). Um den Transport der Verblendplatten zu erleichtern, kann auch die Bildung der Rippen durch die Einlage, also ohne Umgiefsung der Rippeneinlage, derart hergestellt werden, dafs die Einlage von Jute, Rohr oder Drahtgewebe in doppelter Lage aus der Platte hervorsteht (s. Fig. 3) und zur Verbindung mit dem Spanneisen dient, wobei dieselbe hakenförmig um die Spanneisen gelegt und mit Mörtelumhüllung zur Bildung von Rippenhaken versehen wird. In ähnlicher Weise wie die Verblendplatten mit Hülfe der Spanneisen mit verticalen I-Eisen verbunden werden, können dieselben auch unter horizontal liegenden I-Eisen zur Bildung massiver Decken Verwendung finden, indem man sie unter die Spanneisen hängt und durch schichtenweises Lagern von Rohrgewebe über den Spanneisen mit Gufsmörtel beliebig verstärkt.The production of walls from cement mortar with facing plates between I-irons can be done in The connection shown in the drawing is done by using the rib-shaped facing panels described in Patent No. 73938 by inserting arched iron bars into the fold of the rib with the I-irons are connected, as Fig. 1 shows this in outline, Fig. 2 in 'cross-section.
