Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
The outlet boxes used in drainage systems have so far been made up of all of them possible building materials made, however, all - they like iron or simple consist of wood - suffer from the disadvantage, according to the inventor, that they are too short (1 m) and consequently not sit firmly enough in the ground. Frost and thaw gradually have an effect on the spout and that at first lying soil material in such a way that the spout comes out of its position, whereupon the water is no longer regular Finds a way out so that frequently repetitive improvement becomes necessary; it has to thus the spout should be arranged in such a way that it extends in the alluvial sand as required can be.
Another disadvantage of the exhaust bodies used up to now is that the Grids, plates or flaps that close the mouths of the spouts and are often very ingeniously constructed, are either inserted immovably or, if they are movable, have constructions so complex that they are in practice, especially if they are under water, they cannot actually be opened or cleaned.
The purpose of the present invention is now to remedy this inconvenience by means of a simple and inexpensive one Construction of the spout to eliminate.
In beiliegender Zeichnung stellen dar:The attached drawing shows:
Fig. Ι and 2 the movable, attached outside Closure together with anchoring.
This closure consists either of individual movable rods or of one.
im Ganzen beweglichen, kammartigen Klappe, die zwischen den Stäbchen, welche festsitzen, das Wasser hindurchläfst, bis durch stärkeren Strom die ganze Klappe gehoben wird, oder endlich aus einer Klappe, welche nicht durchbrochen ist, sondern durch den Wasserdruck so viel als nöthig gehoben wird.on the whole movable, comb-like flap, which is between the rods, which are stuck, the water runs through until the whole flap is lifted by a stronger current, or finally from a flap, which is not broken, but by the water pressure as much as necessary is raised.
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen die Verbindung der Verankerung mit dem Verschlufsgitter,Fig. 3 and 4 show the connection of the anchorage with the locking grille,
Fig. 5 illustrates the arrangement of the entire spout in the ground.
The anchorage V consists of U-shaped bent iron rods, the first of which includes the axis a of the grid G , while the remaining iron rods. at the first resp. always follow the previous one, the iron rod ends encircling the rear part of the iron rod in question.
The mouth tube M of the nozzle consists of any solid material, e.g. B. cement, cast iron, etc., and should be 35 cm (short side 30 cm) long; the entire spout including the connected drain pipes T should be at least 1.30 m, but longer in poor subsoil. The mouth pipe M together with the adjoining drain pipes T and anchoring V are surrounded by a 2 to 3 cm thick cement sheath C.
Dabei ist die Arbeit des Zusammensetzens der Ausgufskörper so einfach, dafs dieselbe vonThere is no need for any particular explanation that cement C, anchorage V, and the tubes M and T bake together to form a strong, resilient spout which rests immovably and firmly in the ground. The work of assembling the spouts is so simple that it is
jedem guten Rohrleger leicht erlernt werden kann.can easily be learned by any good pipefitter.
den Rohrleger auf dem Felde ist die Handhabung mit dem kurzen Cementausgufsrohr anderen Ausgufskörpern gegenüber eine leichte;
Everything iron that is not coated with cement, i.e. that is attacked by rust when wet, is protected against rust by galvanizing, tinning or pitching. The inventor cites the following advantages:
The whole handling is very easy; the relevant drain pipes and cement are always on the job; the 3 5 cm. long cement outlet pipe and the associated anchoring and flap is inherently cheap and causes only low purchase costs; for the pipelayer in the field, the handling of the short cement nozzle is easy compared to other nozzle bodies; the whole outlet can be extended as needed.
