Durch die umgewälzte Trocknungsluft wird das nasse Tier intensiv mit einem Trocknungsluftstrom von unten her bestrichen, ohne daß es zu örtlichen Überhitzungen oder zu unangenehmen Übergeschwindigkeiten kommt. Von den Seiten-■ wänden her wird durch die Öffnungen 16 der Betrag an Frischluft zugeführt, der für den Trocknungsprozeß dadurch notwendig ist, daß durch den Abluftstutzen 19 ein Teil der feuchten und mehrfach umgewälzten Trocknungsluft aus den Aufnahmebehälter 8 herausgelassen wird.
