Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Belüften und Bewässern der Wurzeln von Bäumen. Derartige Einrichtungen belüften und bewässern die Wurzeln von Bäumen längs Straßen und auf Plätzen, insbesondere in Städten, in denen Asphaltdecken oder sonstige Pflastersteine den notwendigen Wasser- und Luftzutritt an die Wurzeln verhindern. Man hat sich hier bereits dahingehend geholfen, daß man um den Stamm des Baumes ungepflästerte Stellen freiließ oder auch Pflastersteine mit Durchbrüchen oder dergleichen vorgesehen hat. Derartige Steine haben jedoch im allgemeinen keine sichere Lage und verwerfen sich, so daß Passanten stolpern können.
