KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE. Man stellt häufig moussirende Getränke in Flaschen und Siphons her, bei welchen das nothwendige Gas in komprimirtem (flüssigem) Zustand in einer Kapsel eingeschlossen ist, aus der es nach Belieben im Augenblick des Gebrauchs in die Flaschen eingeführt werden kann. Das Füllen dieser Kapseln ist bislang mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden, da man sie vor dem Befüllen mit komprimirtem Gas hur unvollkommen luftleer machen kann und dabei überdies eine beträchtliche Menge jenen Gases verloren geht. Das Füllen der Kapseln geschieht bis jetzt in der Weise, dafs man so lange komprimirtes Gas in die Kapsel eintreten läfst, bis eine gewisse Menge der eingeführten Flüssigkeit im gasförmigen Zustand wieder entweicht und dabei einen mehr oder minder grofsen Theil der in der Kapsel eingeschlossenen Luft mitreifst.
