Man
wendig werdenden Nachstellung mindestens
noch zwei Messerblätter bis auf den Boden
der Kutterschüssel reichen. Bei dieser Aus-
bildung der Kuttermesser findet jedoch im
Falle der Nachstellung eine einseitige Schwer-
punktverlagerung statt, die sich bei der hohen
Drehzahl der Kutterzvelle sehr nachteilig auf
den erforderlichen ruhigen Lauf des Kutters
auswirkt.
nen. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es ferner, auch
Kuttermesser mit sichelförmigen Messerblät-
tern und ziehendem Schnitt, die das Schneid-
gut schneller als Buttermesser mit geraden
Schneidkanten verarbeiten, in der vorgeschla-
genen `'eise auszubilden und anzuordnen.
_@uf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausfiihrungs-
beispiel des Buttermessers dargestellt, wobei
die Lage der beiden anderen Messer strich-
punktiert -bzw. gestrichelt angedeutet ist.
Das Kuttertnesser besteht aus zwei Messer-
blättern u und b, die sichelförmig ausgebildefi<
und deren 5chneidkanten c und d einseitig an-
geordnet sind. Die Messerblätter a, und b
stehen im -Winkel von 120' zueinander, wo-
bei der Achsausschnitt e in der Verlängerung
der Winkelhalbierenden über den Drehpunkt
hinaus derart vorgesehen ist, daß die Ein-
führungsöffnung zu den Messerblättern cx und b
im Win,hel von 120' liegt. Bei Anordnung
von drei -Messern werden diese um 12o° zu-
einander versetzt auf die Messerwelle aufge-
bracht, so daß die Messerblätter nacheinander
immer paarweise zur Schneid- und llengwir-
kung kommen. Bei dieser Ausbildung und
Anordnung können sämtliche Messerblätter
gleichmäßig zum Schlüsselboden f nachge-
stellt werden.
Training and arrangement of cutter knives The invention relates to the training
formation and arrangement of cutter knives that
with several at an angle of i2o ° to each other
standing knife blades are provided and

The Kuttertnesser consists of two knife

and their 5 cutting edges c and d on one side
are ordered. The knife blades a, and b
are at an angle of 120 'to each other, where-
at the axis section e in the extension

is also provided in such a way that the
