Description

Fruchtsäfte aller Art sind besonders empfindlich und erfordern deshalb große Sorgfalt bei der Behandlung, weil sie sonst in ihren Eigenschaften empfindlich geschädigt werden. Von großer Bedeutung bei der Behandlung von Fruchtsäften ist die Reinigung, bei der ,man in den letzten Jahren vielfach Schleudermaschinen benutzt, in deren schnell umlaufender Trommel die im Saft enthaltenen mehr oder weniger feinen Fruchtteilchen infolge ihres größeren spezifischen Gewichtes durch Zentrifugalkraft abgeschleudert werden.Fruit juices of all kinds are particularly sensitive and therefore require great care during treatment, because otherwise their properties will be severely damaged.
