Der auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Carton ist zum Aufbewahren von Hüten bestimmt. Die jetzt gebräuchlichen, mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel versehenen Hutcartons haben den in der Saison am schärfsten hervortretenden Uebelstand, dafs, wenn eine gröfsere Anzahl derselben, welche zum Zwecke der Auswahl bezw. Besichtigung ihres Inhalts geöffnet werden mufsten, wieder geschlossen werden sollen — was bekanntlich durch Aufstülpen des Deckels geschieht —■, die Deckel in den meisten Fällen infolge Verwechselung nicht passen und bei den häufig vergeblichen und gewaltsamen Versuchen, den Carton zu schliefsen, stark beschädigt oder dauernd unbrauchbar gemacht werden.The carton shown in the accompanying drawing is intended for storing hats.
