Platte, so d@aß kein ,Albfall entsteht.
o,i mm stimmende, passende Lage zueinander einnehmen müssen, muß beim Löten, sorgfältig
presse eingelegt «-erden.Method for soldering on 'remaining dovetail joints for briquette extrusion presses
on plates The main patent relates to a mold for briquette extrusion, in which
a residual swallowing .by soldering on a plate of the same or similar composition
is attached. The remaining dovetail remains on the
Plate, so d @ ate no, Albfall arises. Has the plate been processed so far that
if it again represents a residual swell, it is placed on another plate
soldered on and so on
Soldering surfaces is and also the parts soldered together one to approximately
o, i mm must take correct, suitable position to each other, must be careful when soldering
be proceeded. It is important to note that the parts to be soldered are made of steel alloys
exist, which inter alia. warped in the heat. As a result of these conditions; is
It is advisable to carry out the soldering in a muffle that is closed on all sides. Through this
it is achieved that the large areas to be soldered remain bare. It is also one

Put pieces under a press in order to avoid warping and the like.
Compensate and remove excess flux. This work must be special
proceed carefully. First of all, the piece must be at a certain temperature
be taken out of the Maffel, which on the one hand must not be so high that
the solder burns, but on the other hand must not be so low that the solder
frozen prematurely. When transporting the
Muffle to the press is allowed
the position of the two pieces to one another does not change. it must have occurred
Displacement can be quickly compensated for, otherwise you will get a wrong soldering.
The pieces that do not exactly fit one another cannot be put into a briquette strand

According to. The invention, a soldering process is proposed that much
is easier to carry out than the usual, just described muffle soldering,: here
however, retains the merits of the same.
According to the invention, the two pieces to be soldered are earthed between
that the required amount of solder and flux is inserted when cold,
Connected at the outer edge by a cover weld, after which -the heating to soldering heat
is carried out with a subsequent pressing process. The basic idea of this procedure
can be seen in the fact that the two pieces, i.e. the remaining dovetail and the plate,
Form a muffle for themselves, because the cover weld seam means that they are
The surfaces to be soldered are completely sealed off from the outside air. The two
Pieces can be aligned with one another with an accuracy of 0.1 mm and keep them
Location at. The heating to soldering heat can then for the purpose of thermal treatment z.
B. be done in a kind of pusher furnace by slow advancement. Here and with
Transport under a press is a reciprocal movement of the two parts
impossible, as these are held together immovably by the top weld.
So it does not need to be extremely careful during transport, as has been the case before
to be handled carefully, on the contrary, it is even expedient to move the workpiece
to swivel a little, so that the walls to be soldered intensively with the liquid
To wet solder.
The subsequent pressing process then brings Jas solder everywhere, in particular
to the edges, where above all a clean and perfect soldering is present
have to be. The cover weld seam provided as an alternative is made by means of a grinding wheel
removed in a single operation, whereby it should be noted that the grinding process
otherwise it is necessary to re-install the side and head surfaces
to make smooth unid true to size.
