Fertigparkett wird bekannterweise in Tafeln und Dielen hergestellt, wobei die Laufschicht aus Hartholz mit einer oder mehreren Trägerschichten aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoffen verleibt oder verklebt ist. Diese Fertigparkett - Elemente, im weiteren FPE bezeichnet, haben jedoch entweder eine zu geringe EigenJestigkeit, sind in der Herstellung teuer und benötigen eine zu hohe Baunöhe. Die Neuerung betrifft ein Fertigparkett - Element ( FPE ), welches die bekannten Nachteile ausschaltet und günstiger hergestellt werden kann. Als Laufschicht eignen sich sowohl Mosaikparkett - Lamelle*, als auch die Verwendung von Parkett - Lamellen von 2 - 10 mm Stärke. Länge und Breite der Lamellen kann auch Stabparkett - Formen und Abmessungen erreichen oder im bekannten Würfelmuster, Flechtmuster, Verbandmus ter und dergleichen, zu einer oder mehreren Reihen zusammengesetzt werden. Die Laufschicht kann auch »us einem ganzen Furnier aus Holz bestehen. Die Laufschicht (l) wird auf einen Trägerschicht-Kern (2), der aus einem Spanplatten - oder Dämmplattenstreifen besteht, aufgeleimt t der an den Längsseiten mit einer Massivholz oder Sperrholzleiste (3) beiderseits verstärkt ist. Die Rückseite ist mit einem Holzfurnier (4) oder (5) gegenfurniert, wobei Würfel- und Fle^htmuster ein Furnier mit querlaufender Faserrichtung (Fig.l) und Verbandsmuster (Fig. 2) ein Furnier in Faser - Längsrichtung aufweisen. Diese Furniere können auch durch eine dünne Hartfaserplatte oder Spanplatts ersetzt werden. Auch kann der Trägerkern (2) an einer oder beiden Seiten mit Einschnitten (6) und (7), (Fig. 3 und 4) versehen werden, die längs und quer angeordnet sein können, was einer Erhöhung der Wärmedämmung zugute kommt. Die so gefertigten FPE werden in der Fabrik bekannterweise geschliffen, profiliert und versiegelt oder noch weiter oberflächenbehandelt und erfordern dadurch ein geringes Maß an Verlege - Arbeit. Der Trägerkern (2) aus einer Spanplatte oder Dämmplatte, sowie die beiden Randleisten (3) können durch eine durchgehende Sperrholzplatte (8) ( Fig. 5 ) ersetzt werden«Prefabricated parquet is known to be produced in panels and floorboards, the running layer made of hardwood being incorporated or glued to one or more carrier layers made of wood or wood-based materials.
