Verfahren zur Herstellung von Diacrylsäurediamiden und deren Polymerisationsprodukten
Acrylsäuream-i@de sind bisher auf ver-
schiedenen Wegen erhalten worden:
i. Durch Umsetzung von Acrylsäurechlorid
mit Aminen in benzolischer Lösung unter Ver-
wendung von 2 Mol Base. I Mol der Base wird
zur Bindung,der frei werdenden Chlorwasser-
stofsäure benötigt (Moureu : Bulletin [319,
S. 417 bis 424; Armales de chim. [7] 2, S. 174
bis I85; Beilsteins Handbuch der Organ.
Chemie, 4. Aufl., II/4oo, IV/6o, III, 1II/257,
795)-
2. Durch Umsetzung von a-Brompropionsäureamiden mirt P'henolnatrium.Dabei werden
neben den entsprechenden Phenoläfhern die Acrylsäureamide, z. B Acrylsäureäthylanilid,
erhalten (B i s ch o f f : Bd. 34, S. 2I25 bis 2145; Beilsteins Handbuch der organ.
Chemie, 4. Aufl., YII/257).Process for the production of diacrylic acid diamides and their polymerization products Acrylsäuream-i @ de have so far been
been obtained in different ways:
i. By converting acrylic acid chloride
with amines in a benzene solution under
use of 2 moles of base. I mole of the base will be
to bind the released chlorinated water
chemical acid is required (Moureu: Bulletin [319,
Pp. 417 to 424; Armales de chim. [7] 2, p. 174
to I85; Beilstein's Handbook of Organ.
Chemie, 4th ed., II / 4oo, IV / 6o, III, 1II / 257,
795) -
2. By converting α-bromopropionic acid amides with phenol sodium. In addition to the corresponding phenol amides, the acrylic acid amides, e.g. B Acrylic acid ethyl anilide, obtained (B is ch off: Vol. 34, pp. 2I25 to 2145; Beilstein's Handbook of Organ. Chemistry, 4th ed., YII / 257).
3. In einzelnen Fällen durch Erhitzen von f-Chlorpropionsäuream.iden
bei Atmosphärendruck (Mayer und van Zütphen 13d. 6o/858).
Das zuerst genannte Verfahren verwendet
ein organisches Lösungsmittel, außerdem he -
nötigt das Verfahren i Mol Base zur Bindung
der frei werdenden Chlorwasserstoffsäure.
Dieses Verfahren ist umwirtschaftlich. da so-
wohl die- M°.generierun- des Lösungsmittels
wie auch der überschüssigen Base durchgeführt
werden muß.
Das Verfahren 2 ergibt Gemische von
a-Phenoaypropionsäureamiden und Acryl-
säureamiden, so daß nur schlechte Ausbeuten
erhalten werden. Außerdem sind die als Aus-
gangsstoff verwendeten x-ßronipropiotrsiiure-
anridee schlecht zugänglich.
Das Verfahren von 1M a y e r und v a n
Ziitphen ist nur für die Darstellung des
Acrylsäureinetliy lanilids durcligefülirtund gibt
schlechte Ausbeuten infolge teilweiser Zer-
Verbindungen folgender Art:
Cl-CH.,- CH.-CO-NH-(CH")rs
xH-CO-CH; CH"-Cl
in wäßriger Lösung oder Suspension mit
halogenwasserstoffabspaltenden Mitteln in der
Wärme behandelt. In der Formel bedeutet ie
die. Anzahl der --Nlethylen-,ruppen. Es können
Polymethylendiamine verwandt werden, die
zwei und mehr Methylengruppen enthalten.
Ferner können diese 1lethy lengruppen durch
Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatome unterbrochen
sein.
Die als .Ausgangsstoffe verwendeten Säure-
amide sind durch Einwirkung von f-Chlor-
propionsäurechlorid auf aliphatische Diamine
leicht zu erhalten. Man kann nun aus diesen
halogenhaltigen Säureamiden in einfacher
«'eise durch halogemvasserstoffabspaltende
Mittel, wie z. B. mit 2oo/oiger Kalilauge, die
nionomeren 1)iacrylsiiurediainide:
CH _ = CII-Ct)-N H-(CI-I,)n
N I-I-CO-CII = CI-h
erhalten. Es ist aller auch ohne weiteres niö"-
lich, sofort die polvineren AcryISäüreamide
durch längeres Erhitzen mit haloaemvasser-
stoffabspaltenden Mitteln herzustellen. Die
monomeren Produkte lassen sich umkristalli-
sieren und zeigen dann einen scharfen Schmelz-
punkt. Aus ihnen lassen sich die polymeren
Produkte leicht, z. B. durch Erhitzen über den
-Schmelz punkt, gewinnen.
Man kann die isolierten Monomeren auch
gemeinsam finit anderen Vinylverbindunaen in
neue hochmolekulare Misclipolyrnerisate über-
führen.
Die polymeren Produkte zeigen keinen
Schmelzpunkt und sind 'unlöslich in organi-
schen Löstin-smitteln.
Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 5._j% r.tr
war es bekannt. Acrv lsäureester durch Be-
