Description
Photographic camera with lens aperture, adjustable shutter and an electric light meter _ They are photographic cameras with electric Light meter known, in which in front of the light-sensitive cell of the light meter a brightness regulator coupled to the lens hood of the camera is provided, the cell current actuating a graduated measuring instrument. At This is displayed like the shutter not coupled to the exposure meter set for the selected aperture: is. With this arrangement there are two readings and an adjustment with the help of a second scale is necessary.
There are. also known arrangements; in which edne photographic Camera with a light meter not assembled with the camera like this What is needed is that the selenium cell is used for the purpose of determining the closure values prior to removal of the electric light meter instead of the ground glass or just before the Raufilm is brought into 4iie camera. The pointer of the exposure meter can be by adjusting a. Rheostat return a zero mark, and the The resistance setting mark, which can be read on a scale, indicates the value for the set Lens aperture belonging to the shutter speed. Again, these are the measured ones `Read the values twice, 'and the closure is special according to the measurement result to discontinue; also, the exposure meter from the camera is in front of the picture to separate> The invention relates to photographic cameras: with lens hood, adjustable shutter and: an electric exposure meter with pointer through Influencing the amperage for import on a certain brand must be brought, and consists in the fact that with such a camera either the an exposure regulator (aperture or shutter) with an aid for influencing the amperage, e.g. B. a brightness regulator connected in front of the light-sensitive cell, and the other is coupled to an auxiliary pointer, which is the timer of the measuring device is to be readjusted by hand, or both exposure controls with one each - Amperage influencing means are coupled. Through this it is realized that neither the exposure time nor the aperture opening read on the measuring device and then transferred by hand to the relevant setting element. got to. This is true in itself the same advantage wite in the known optical exposure meters, their Fainter lights are coupled with the two exposure controls of the camera; However makes .the invention the operation of the camera much easier, because one look on the pointer and its setting mark is sufficient to ensure the correct setting of Check aperture and shutter. If you place the pointer in the viewfinder or in front of the screen with the camera on, the exposure setting can even be adjusted while the image is being set without .that the. pointer. the recognizability of the image has been impaired. The exposure meter is expediently known per se Way with an agent, e.g. B. a rheostat or a diaphragm, about the deflection of the self activated by the cell current; according to the plate sensitivity or other sizes to be taken into account when choosing the exposure.
Die Abbildungen zeigen zwei Ausführungsbeispiele. The figures show two exemplary embodiments.
Fig. I. Shows a beginning with auxiliary pointer, Fig. 2 shows an arrangement with a fixed brand.
Fig.3 shows a translation in the gearbox between the diaphragm and one of the steepest brands.
In the arrangement according to Fig. I, ii is the iris diaphragm, the lens of a camera. The mount 12 of the diaphragm is designed as a worm wheel, in the teeth of which the snatch i 3 engages. The worm i 3 is stored in the bearings 14 and 15, and the upper earth of the shaft 16 of the worm carries .ein manually operated button 17 The ground glass 19 lies and its respective position corresponds to the degree of rotation of the shaft 16, that is to say the size of the diaphragm opening ii. 20 is a photoelectric cell provided with a shutter 21. The mount 22 of the diaphragm is designed as a gear and is in engagement with the disk 23, which is also designed as a gear, which is used in photographic. Apparatus common disc for adjusting the speed of the lens shutter is. In the circuit 24 of the photocell there is a coil 25 in which a soft iron core 26 can be rotated, similar to measuring instruments. The soft iron core 26 has a hollow shaft 27 which is mounted at 29 and 28 and carries a pointer 30. The pointer 3o also moves above or below the viewfinder glass or the focusing screen i 9, namely coaxially with the pointer i 8, since the shaft 16 of the pointer 18 goes through the hollow shaft 27.
Before photographing, the cell circuit 24 is closed with a switch _31, whereupon the battery 32 supplies current. When photocells are used, which themselves supply sufficient current under the effect of light, the battery 32 is not required. The desired closure speed is then set by turning the wheel 23. The connection between the disk 23 and the diaphragm 21 of the cell is designed so that the diaphragm 21 is narrowed as the speed increases. A current intensity corresponding to the exposure of the photocell 20 is now established in the circuit 24, and the zeager 3o, starting from the o-position, gives a deflection. Now the button 17 is rotated until the pointer i 8 covers the pointer 3o. Since the diaphragm 11 is also adjusted by turning the knob 17, the diaphragm opening ii becomes smaller, the greater the deflection of the pointer 3o, and vice versa, the diaphragm opening becomes larger, the greater; the deflection of the pointer 30 is smaller. The diaphragm is thus adjusted in accordance with the intensity of the lighting, with the speed selected in each case also being taken into account by setting the diaphragm 21 by means of the disk 23.
Fig. 2 shows a solution with one movable and one stationary Pointer or line. Here, the timer 34 is also moved by the stream of lines, as already described for the arrangement according to Fig. i. i The second marking organ is a search o on the screen or in the viewfinder. In the cell circuit 35 is a adjustable resistor 36, via the contacts 37 of which the sliding contact 38 migrates. This carries the hiking nut 39, which when turning the S.pinde1 4o along the Guide 41 hikes. The spindle 40, which can be rotated finitely with the handwheel or button q.2, is set continues in the worm 4.3, which via the screw wheel 44, the lens diaphragm 45. As well, -via already described on the basis of Fig. I. The photo tents 46 with the aperture: 17, the switch q.8 and the battery 4.9 is also arranged as in Fig. i, but here the one to be thought coupled with the aperture a: 7 Locking device not shown.
If switch 4.8 is closed, the pointer 3q shows a deflection, as shown, Ns, which is proportional to the current strength in circle 35. Well will Turn the little wheel ¢ 2 until the contact has so much resistance 36 in the Circuit 35 switches; than suffices to place the pointer 3 ¢ in coincidence with the o-dash to. bring. Here, the lens diaphragm is moved equally over the screw q.3 q, 5: narrows, and to a greater extent, the greater the deflection of the pointer 34, i.e. the greater the current in circuit 35.
The intensity of the illumination of the photosensitive layer changes deal with the square of the diameter: the aperture. One can do this in the arrangement according to Fig white adjacent contacts: the resistor, arranges 36 resistance sizes; the relate to one another in the same way as the squares of the corresponding diaphragm opening diameters.
Eine solche Lösung zeigt die Abb.3.With purely mechanical coupling of the aperture .. @ «#. of the shutter with the pointer, like rici the arrangement according to fig. i, one can in the. Drive one Switch on the link guide or the like, which corresponds to the square ratio. Such a solution is shown in Figure 3.
The pointer 5o, which can be moved over the plate 5i with the o-mark, is attached to the pin 52. The StelIStift 52 is rotatably mounted in the Kon.sol _53; - The Ko.nsiol 53 is fixedly attached to the camera and provided with a slot 54 serving as a wheel guide. The stone 55 slides in the slot 54, which slides over rods 56 and 57 with the Toothed segment 58. The toothed segment 58 is slidably mounted around the stationary pin 59 and engages in the toothing of the diaphragm mount 59: The adjusting pin 52 is connected to the gate 6o, in Zwelchein a curved slot 61 is formed - The curvature of the slot is chosen so that when the adjusting pin 52 is rotated, the segment 58 or the diaphragm 59 execute movements of such magnitude that the intensity of the exposure of the photographic plate changes proportionally to the movements of the pointer 50. Otherwise, the arrangement is the same, namely the electrical signal box, for the pointer 62 and the arrangement of the photocell that according to Fig. I.
The influence of the current strength in the cell circuit, be it dependent of, the aperture or the versclilullgeschwindigleit, be it in dependence other factors influencing exposure, such as e.g. B. the plate sensitivity, , the actinity of light, e.g. B. Artificial light, can not only in the way of a special, the panel upstream of the cell. So you can z. B. at all Examples include a manually adjustable rheostat in the cell circuit provide which one corresponds to the - sensitivity of the particular emulsion used is set.
The pointer arrangement described can be used in photographic apparatus of any type. The marking organs are expediently in the viewfinder or z. B. arrange visible for SLR cameras on the screen. However, they can also be provided on the device independently of these parts.
Most cameras have an adjustable aperture and an adjustable one Speed lock. Both devices apply to the invention as equivalent Means for influencing the exposure. Accordingly, in the exemplary embodiments everywhere the roles of the two are interchanged.
