Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Konservendosen aus vorlackierten Schwarzblechen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Konservendosen aus vorlakkierten Schwarzblechen mit lackfreien Rändern, die miteinander verschweißt und lackiert werden und wobei eine Innenlackierung der Dosen nach dem Aufsetzen des Bodens erfolgt. Die Dosen werden nach dem Aufsetzen des Bodens einer Prüfung auf Druckdichtigkeit unterzogen. Da bei der sonst üblichen vorhergehenden und sich unmittelbar an die Nahtschweißung anschließenden Nahtlackierung Undichtigkeiten der Schweißnaht abgedeckt werden, kann es vorkommen, daß Dosen bei der Prüfung als druckfest festgestellt wurden, die durch Einwirkung des Konserveninhaltes vorzeitig undicht wurden. Dies führte nicht nur zu einem Ausschuß an Dosen, sondern auch zu einem Verlust des Konserveninhaltes. Dieses bisher übliche Verfahren hatte ferner noch den Nachteil, daß ein Durchtrocknen der Nahtlackierung erforderlich war, um bei den weiteren Verfahrensschritten, insbesondere dem Aufsetzen des Bodens, eine Beschädigung der Lackschicht zu vermeiden. Die Dosen mußten infolgedessen sowohl zum Trocknen der Nahtlackierung als auch zum Trocknen der Innenlackierung Trockenöfen durchlaufen. Das bedeutet nicht nur die Notwendigkeit, zwei Trockenöfen aufzustellen, sondern auch einen erheblichen Zeitverlust.Process for the production of cans from pre-painted black metal sheets The invention relates to a method for producing cans from pre-lacquered Black sheets with lacquer-free edges, which are welded together and lacquered and the inside of the cans is painted after the bottom has been put in place. Dabei wird ein Ausschuß durch vorübergehendes Abdichten undichter Stellen der Schw ißnaht durch die Nahtlackierung vermieden. 'Die Dose mit undichter Schweißnaht wird. vielmehr sogleich ausgeschieden. Auch ist ein Durchtrocknen der Nahtlackierung entbehrlich, weil der Dosenboden schon vor dem Lackieren auf dez4 Dosenmantel aufgesetzt worden ist.
