Withdrawable electrical switchgear Subject of the main patent
is leg off. Mobile electrical switching device with at least one power switching point
and at least one voltage switching point at which on the switching device trolley
Post insulator is put on, the carrier of a power switching point is also
but at the same time carries the swivel arm of a voltage switching point. With such
Switching devices was @es in general wbli @ h, for the movement of the power and
Isolating switch contact to provide a common gearbox, with positive running connections
the prescribed switching sequence was specified. This design leads to difficulties
with growing dimensions of the isolating switch point. At high voltages, the swivel arm must
the isolating switch point received a considerable length, which is due to the überc'hlagsweibe
is bi-determined. Since, the circuit breaker has to switch abruptly in order to stop
To prevent an electric arc, -is also due to the positive connection
Switching speed of the swivel arm high. The occurring bite acceleration forces
at the start of switching and those that occur when the swivel arm hits the mating contact
Impacts as well as the separation forces in the voltage switching point in the event of additional movement obstacles,
z. B. icing lead to so high stresses that either the swivel arm
can be endangered or that the swivel arm has to be given such large dimensions,
that the switching device is unwieldy and difficult to operate. ' These difficulties
can be remedied if, according to the invention, such a switching device
the compulsory connection between the power switching point and the voltage connection switching point
is solved and two with regard to: the sequence of movements coordinated with each other,
Otherwise, however, independent gear for the power switching point on the one hand
and the voltage switching point or
Voltage switching points on the other hand
can be provided, with the transmission in terms of shift speed and acceleration
the sequence of movements of the relevant switching point are adjusted. So it is
With this arrangement possible, the power switching point a high switching speed
with high acceleration forces, whereas the disconnection switch has a lower switching speed
and, above all, to assign smaller acceleration and deceleration forces.
An embodiment of a switch unit according to the invention is
shown in the figure for the case of a double trunking system. on
The switchgear trolley is initially equipped with a post insulator that covers the switching chamber of the
Circuit breaker, t carries. Above that is a gear head to which the
Swivel arms 2 and 3 are articulated. The mating contacts 4 and 5 of the isolating switch points
are in this case assumed to be stationary. To operate the three switching points
separate transmission are now provided according to the invention in such a way that, for.
B. the rod 6 on the power switching point and the rod 7 on the isolating switch point
acts. As already mentioned, the gearboxes are based on the peculiarities of the switching points
balanced so that the circuit breaker is fast and with great acceleration
can switch while the sequence of movements of the disconnector gear selected in such a way
that the excessive loads resulting from the high initial and final speeds
be avoided.
