Description
Seilrolle Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Seilrollen von kleinerer Abmessung, die aus Kunstharz hergestellt und mit einem Kugellager versehen sind. Bei diesen Seilrollen, wie sie besonders im Flugzeugbau Verwendung finden, hat man feststellen müssen, daß die Kugelläger verhältnismäßig rasch locker werden, gleichgültig, oh nun der äußere' Laufring des Kugellagers bereits vor dien Aushärtung der Seilrolle in die Preßmasse @eingebettet oder erst nachträglich mit Preßsitz eingebaut wurde. Grund für dieses bei Metall unibekannte Verhalten der Kugellager ist wahrscheinlich die dem Kunsthärz eigentumliche Eigenschaft, unter Te;mp,eraturä:nderun gen zu ermüden und dauernden Drücken gegenüber allmählich nachzugeben. Diese Ermüdungserscheinungen fallen fort, wenn auf dem äußeren Laufring des Kugellagers in an sich bekannter Weise :ein mit Kunstharz getränkter Gewebestreifen unter Druck und Hitze fest aufgeklebt ist, der mit der Seilrolle durch Kaltleim, beispielsweise durch Kau:ntleim, verbunden ist. Zui Herstellung derartiger Seilrollen sei noch bemerkt, daß mit Vorteil gleichzeitig ein ganzer Satz von Kugellagern mit eine@meinzigen kunstharzgetränkten Gewebestreifen von ausreichender Breite umwickelt und danach in .der üblichen Weise Druck und Wärme ausgesetzt wird.
