Dieses Winkelstückchen 25 ist um eine Spindel drehbar, weiche an einem an dem Saugmundstück befestigten Winkelstückchen 27 angebracht ist, und wird mittels eines Verbindungsstreifens 28 angetrieben, der am einen Ende mit dem Winkelstück 25 drehbar verbunden ist, während das andere Ende drehbar am Untergestell angebracht ist. Bei Änderung der Lage des Saugmundstückes mit Bezug auf das Untergestell wird also das Winkelstückchen 25 um einen gewissen Winkel gedreht und deswegen der Anzeiger 23 um einen gewissen Abstand verschoben werden.
Der beschriebene Staubsauger ist als Beispiel der Ausführung des der Erfindung zugrunde liegenden Gedankens behandelt worden.
