consists of metal and its electrode system, its axis parallel to the base plate
is arranged, of laterally arranged, standing perpendicular to the base plate and
on it attached sheet metal supports is carried addendum to the patent ego oig the invention
relates to a discharge tube according to patent 69o or9, whose vacuum vessel; whole or
, consists mainly of metal and: its electrode system, its axis parallel.
iangeomdnet to the base plate, from the side, to the base plate perpendicular
standing sheet metal supports attached to it; is carried.
In the case of discharge tubes, it is generally necessary to replace each electrode
as long as they are not connected to another electrode inside the vacuum vessel
is or does not require any connection at all, a vacuum-tight lead-through
assign the vacuum vessel. While with glass tubes it doesn’t matter if -one
Implementation is more or less to accommodate a squeeze, cause
vacuum-tight feedthroughs through metal housings because of their more complicated shape
noticeable costs, so that the saving of one implementation already weighs in
falls.
In
z. B. angeschweißt. Der Sockel besteht z. B. aus einer Isolierplatte, die von unten
her in den Metallboden i eingeschoben und dort befestigt wird; der Sockel trägt
z. B. stiftartig ausgebildete Kontaktorgane.
Man
According to the invention, one or more bushings are saved by
da.ß at least one electrode, in particular the cathode or the retarder grid, for
Which; no isolated leadthrough through the metal wall, but one with the
Metal wall connected socket contact is provided with one of the metal supports
is conductively connected.
One embodiment of the invention is shown in
shown in the drawing. The vacuum vessel consists of a metal base i, on
to which the metal piston 2 is placed and firmly-0-welded or cemented. on
The electrode system is built up on the metal floor. There are two vertical ones
Beam 3 welded to the floor, on which Isolierbrückenq. are attached. In
the insulating bridges are several or all electrodes, of which only the indirect ones
heated cathode 5 is drawn, stored. The electrode leads: n are in
generally, as shown on a heating power supply 6, isolated by the metal base
i, performed by means of a glass plug 7 in a metal sleeve 8 from a
Iron - nickel - cobalt alloy are embedded. According to the invention is now the
Cathode backing not isolated in the same way by the metal bottom i
out, but by means of a conductor 9, which is made of one piece with the cathode sleeve
may exist, connected to the metal support 3 and thus to the metal bottom i.
On the outside of the metal floor the supply line io to the base pin is attached,
z. B. welded. The base consists z. B. from an insulating plate from below
is pushed into the metal base i and fastened there; the base carries
z. B. pin-like contact organs. Of course you don't need
absolutely to connect the cathode or this alone with the metal housing. Man
can for example also serve to prevent the secondary electron transfer
Connect the brake grille to the metal housing. The advantage of this arrangement is there
not only in that the effort for an isolated implementation is saved, but
that the wiring is simplified. You can of course connect the
relevant electrodes to the metal housing on any conveniently located
Place without having to make sure that the connection is in the immediate vicinity
Near the associated socket contact.
Man
herstellt.
B. i o mm, breit gemacht werden
klein. If, as shown, the metal housing with the cathode is galvanically
connects, this constantly leads cathode potential. This can be used to
around electrodes that have a different DC potential than the cathode, e.g.
B. a screen grid, to be short-circuited with the cathode in terms of alternating voltage. Man
only needs such an electrode apart from the one that is insulated and passed through the metal housing
To give direct voltage lead still a second connection, which leads to one of the
Housing insulated metal coating leads and a capacitive connection with the housing
manufactures. For example, a metal covering i i on an extension of a
Insulating bridge 4 made of mica or ceramic material applied and with a
Electrode lead 12 be connected. There are sufficiently large quay areas
are available and you have a thin insulating layer with a high dielectric constant
and .sufficient dielectric strength, it is easily possible
a reliable capacitive connection of the electrode concerned to the cathode
to obtain. Since the -, metal carrier 3 pretty, z. B. i o mm, be made wide
can, the inductance of the AC short-circuit path is negligible
small.
Dieser Umstand tritt insbesondere bei Kurzwellenröhren vorteilhaft
in Erscheinung'This fact is particularly advantageous in the case of shortwave tubes
