Die neuen Merkmale dieses federlosen Bruchbandes bestehen darin, dafs die Pelotten (Druckkissen) auswechselbar, verstellbar und in sich elastisch sind.The new features of this springless truss are that the pads (pressure pads) interchangeable, adjustable and inherently elastic.

Das hinten mit Riemen und Schnalle oder Knöpfen versehene Gürtelband α ist vorn getheilt, und die beiden getrennten Enden werden durch einen gelochten Riemen b verbunden, welcher mit entsprechenden Löchern an Knöpfen der Gürtelenden befestigt ist. An diesen vorderen Verbindungsriemen b werden die ganz für sich bestehenden Druckkissen c mittelst Knöpfe c¹ angehängt.
