The method according to the invention exists in that the fiber bundle in the transverse position of a needled Aüsbiieitvahe and gradually : the removal of this one with a rough surface, e.g. B. a needle fitting, provided. Drum. fed - and on this - means of one above the drum surface swinging back and forth, towards the end of the return, from the working position moving needle field are spread: whereupon - the fiber pelt - under turning auie a second similar Trömniel transmissions and 'by means of one over their surface swinging back and forth, also towards the end of the return from the working position The moving needle field is spread out from the outer side, then the fiber pile from the drum, detached and fed to the drum in the axial direction is formed into a sliver.
The device for implementation. of the procedure consists essentially from a spreading roller at the end of a ZuHihrdsches. Hacker, one the drum receiving the fiber fleece, for example shod with needles, opposite whose obex surface is swinging back and forth towards the end of the return from the working position moved 'needle field is provided, also from one of the Fibrous pelt detached from the drum by means of a chopper while being turned absorbing drum of the same kind, opposite the surface of which is also a swinging back and forth, provided needle field moved towards the end of the return movement from the working position is, and one of the Tro # mn '* l @ l #' in its axial direction passing, the ' The discharge table is picked up by means of a pile detached from the drum by means of Eiacker. -The procedure and the device will now be with reference to the drawings, which an embodiment show the device explained in more detail. It represents fig. i the device in side elevation, FIG. 2 a diagram of the conveying path of the fiber material, FIG. 3 a diagram the layering of the fiber fur on top of one another during feeding, FIG. 4 schematically the side layering of the fibers: at. the feed, Fig. 5 greatly enlarged a Needle of the fitting, FIG. 6 a section along line 6-6 of FIG. 5.
Den Antrieb erhalten die Stelzen durch die mit der Antriebsscheibe i 9 verbundene Kurb:e118.In a frame i are by means of the shafts 4, 5 obliquely one below the other two drums 2, 3 provided with scratches are stored. Next to. the drum 2 is a Zueihrtisch 6 is provided, over which an endless leather band 7 runs. At the end of endless leather band 7 rests on this the pressure roller 8, on which a needle roller 9 follows, with whom a hacker works together. Laterally above and next to the fixed Table 6 is provided on stilts 11, 12, a swinging table 13, which. Also with an endless belt 14, a pressure roller 15 and a needle roller 16 with a Hacker I7 is equipped. This table, which is supported on the stilts i i, i z, takes place a reciprocating, swaying motion. The stilts get the drive by the crank connected to the drive pulley i 9: e118.
Before moving on to setting up the drum @ eh-i #, -, the effects of the table should first be briefly discussed. the. On the table 14 the cut synthetic fiber bundles I (. The endless belt 14 promotes it under the # A'.a1: ze 15, transfers it to the needle roller 16, whereby A pre-dissolution takes place between the needle roller and its trough plate 2o. the The fiber mass emerging from the needle roller 16 and the metal sheet 2o is used by the chopper 17 stripped off and placed on the lower leather 7. The swing motion makes that Fibers placed in folds on the lower table (see Fig. 3), so that a more even Fiber fur is achieved as a template. The lower leather 7 brings the pre-opened fiber material under the pressure roller 8 away to the needle roller 9, from which the chopper io clen Fiber pelt decreases and gives it to the upper drum. The needle roller 16 and optionally the needle roller 9 can also be moved axially slowly back and forth, so that the fiber bundles, as in Figure 4 by the dashed. Lines indicated laterally be staggered. The drums 2, 3, which, as can be seen in FIGS. 5 and 6, with servant standing, backwards. beveled needles are provided for onward transport of the fiber goods. Their dual arrangement asked the purpose after causing the fiber pelt to reverse its passage through the first drum, d. H. the underside of the fiber fleece lying on the drum 2 is on the drum 3 top. During this conveying path shown schematically in FIG the drums 2, 3. The fiber material is subjected to a dissolving processing. to for this purpose, a needled surface a i is provided opposite each drum, the Needles are directed in the direction of rotation of the drum. Support these needle surfaces down on corresponding tracks by means of rails 22 and by means of guide rollers 23 they run on eccentric surfaces 24. The needle surfaces themselves are on Schwinghebe125 articulated, by means of which it moves around the shafts 4 and 5 swinging back and forth will. The purpose of the curved path 24 here is to remove the needled surfaces 21 at the end their return by means of the nose arranged on the cam track .anzuheben so the incoming pulp more easily between the needled surface and the trammel can get. On their forward movement, those facing forward grasp Needles the surface of the needle and widths the fibers in the transverse position. she from, while they just slide over the fibers as they move backwards Press into the needle field of the drum. At the lever25 you can still do one more , or several needle rollers 26 may be provided, which only push the fibers serve in the needle field of the drums. The needle rollers 26 and the needle surfaces 21 sit on the same lever. They turn into the needle surfaces 21 as the fastening lever is a two-armed, the opposite up and down movement. The needle rollers26 must not necessarily be provided. An adjusting screw is provided for Ani Hebe125, by which the pivot pin for the needle surface 21 and the needle roller 26 are different can be set high. The fiber pelt is removed from the drum 2 by a chopper 27, removed and fed to the drum 3 by discharge rollers 28, 29.
The swense effect of the two drums is as follows: The one from the hacker io- detached from the needle roller 9, delivered to the drum 2 Fiber fur rests on the surface of the troi = e1, which rotates slowly counter-clockwise. During this turning movement, the fiber masses that are still undissolved run under the 2 i by, which exerts a rapid swinging movement and with each. Forward gear loosens the bursting fibers of the fiber bundles, promotes them and on the way back leaves, 'whereby a firm fur is created, made of parallel, adjacent : consists of single fibers. The fiber pelt is then, on the next drum 3 in edited the same way on the other side. From the Trammel3 this will be done parallel -fibers existing nonwoven by means of the chopper 27 'and detached the rollers 28 ', 29' are fed to a transversely running lath or eudloGen table 30. Since now the Faseixz in the .on the drum 3 formed fleece is essentially parallel, to the drum axis, the movement in the axial direction of the drum is also carried out Discharge table a coherent sliver with lying in its lengthwise direction Fibers formed.
