Description
Multi-stage transmission gears for alternators attached to the wheel axle, especially for bicycles In the case of bicycle lightening machines which are attached to the wheel axle, a mostly multi-stage transmission gear has to be used for the drive to generate the necessary speed friction transmission uses the Zahnradgetrieb-e have the disadvantage that they work too noisy and make huge demands on the accuracy the gäräuschvollen work to künnte Although remedy catalysis by using obliquely toothed wide wheels, but are such S.chrägzahnräder -.. particularly costly in The production and also not suitable for near alternators because they take up too much space in the width. With friction gears a very high contact pressure must be available, especially in the first stages, so that the existing high torque is transmitted properly k means a considerable loss of strength. In addition, this results in rapid and severe wear on the transmission.
To deal with multi-stage transmission for alternators attached to the wheel axle To avoid these disadvantages, # invention, according to a for the first stage of the Getrielyes provided gear transmission with one for the second resp. the following further stages serving friction wheel or traction transmission gear united.
In itself is the union of gears and I, eibradgetrichen at Drive devices for motor vehicles already known. This union took place but ia, the way that the friction gear in the first gear stage was arranged and used to graduate the speed. For gearboxes for Alternators attached to the wheel axle are such a series connection the individual “operations not intended” and also not applicable.
By the proposed combination of the gear transmission and the friction gear or traction mechanism transmission is achieved that in the first gear stage -. in which the greatest torque is to be transmitted, a flawless power transmission with low losses follows. at the same time the gearing works due to the here still loading standing low speeds with little noise. The friction gear of the other stages only has to transmit a smaller torque and therefore does not require a particularly high contact pressure. It avoids the strong noises that otherwise arise in the gear transmission in these stages, so that the entire transmission can be described as low-noise. The friction gear has the same effect # that it acts as a shock absorber and the hard shocks that z. B. generated by bad roads, keeps away from the alternator. It is particularly advantageous that the whole gear unit is given a very simple structure through the combination of the gear drive with the friction gear, so that it can be more easily assembled, adjusted and maintained. In particular, the electrical part of the machine can easily be arranged in such a way that it is easily accessible and replaceable to remove any malfunctions that may occur.
The subject of the invention is shown, for example, in two embodiments in the drawings, namely show a section and a side view of a hub alternator with belt drive, Figs. 3 and 4 show a section and a view of an alternator Friction drive. In the embodiment shown, the wheel hub 2 is rotatably supported on the stationary axle 12 in the usual manner. On one side of the wheel hub there is a cup-shaped extension i, in which the drive pinion 3, which is firmly connected to the hub, is located.
Dk-Lichtmaschine liegt also exzentrisch zur Radachse 12.In the drive according to Fig. I and 2, the pinion 4 is in engagement with the gear 3 , on the axis of which the belt pulley 5 is seated. The belt loop can be connected to your pinion 4 either permanently or in a manner that can be coupled. From the belt pulley 5 the V-belt 7 leads to the belt pulley: c 6, the axis of which carries the rotor 9 of the alternator io. The Dk alternator is therefore eccentric to the wheel axle 12.
The axis 8 and the shaft of the Ritzils 4 are both mounted in a disk ii, which at the same time also carries the fixed parts of the alternator io. The disc ii is pressed by the nut 13 against the fixed cone 14 of the axle 12, the nut 13 wohei 1 5 sets simultaneously with another Schut7kappe to the disc. The protective cap 1 5 closes the extension i dust-tight to the outside. As a result of this structure, when the alternator is used, the disk ii with the parts carried by it and the protective cap 15 remains stationary, while the vicinity 2 rotates together with the gearwheel 3.
The disk ii separates the gear transmission 3, 4 from the belt transmission 5 to -. Both transmissions are thus completely closed off from one another. This on the one hand, the gear train before Verschmutzun "- protected and on the other hand penetration of lubricating material in the belt transmission prevents - where it would have a disruptive effect on the friction surfaces.
All parts used to drive the alternator except for the gear 3 and the alternator sAbst can simply be pulled out of the hub extension after removing the nut 13 , without the wheel itself having to be removed from the axle 12. The alternator is then completely. freely on the underside of the support gplatte ii -and is therefore easily accessible. In the execution - according to Fig. 3 and 4, a friction gear is provided instead of a belt drive. For this purpose, the friction wheel 16 provided with a corresponding coating is arranged on the shaft of the pinion 4, through which the mating gear ig on the shaft of the rotor 9 is driven. The pinion with the friction wheel 16 is mounted on a swivel hub 17 -. which is rotatable about the wheel axle 12 and is pulled by the spring 1 8 against the wheel 1 9 g. Here, too, the whole arrangement is attached to a support lath ii, p n which is used as a carrier for the entire gearbox and the alternator. The friction wheel 1 6 can. just like the pulley 5 of the embodiment according to Figs. i and 2 can be coupled to the pinion 4. Instead, however, z. B. the drive gear 3 mounted on the support plate ii and connected by any device with the Radn.abe can be engaged and disengaged.
In the exemplary embodiments, the light machine is eccentric to the Arranged wheel axle. The transmission according to the invention can of course also be used there use, wa for some reason the alternator centric to the wheel axle must lie.
