Carrier conveyor pulp the well-known carrier conveyors with the conveyor trough
The drag chains or ropes usually lie across with a = ri, ehmern
.Constantly completely or partially embedded in the conveyed item. In particular, it results
this disadvantage if the drag chains are at the bottom or at a low level above
attack the same on the carriers. That has the disadvantage that it is difficult or
it is even impossible to shovel the conveyed material out of the channel. Will continue
the conveyed material itself is heavily rubbed off by the chains, and on the other hand wear it
the chains at the reversing stations fines out of the channel. These last two
- Disadvantages also arise with the known conveyors in which the drag chains
lie in the side projections of the conveyor trough when doing the lower sliding surfaces
of these guideways, seen in cross section through the channel, lie horizontally.
derrinne a die iditnehmer b. Dieseiuirila@
Furthermore, trough-shaped conveyor troughs have already been proposed in which the driver traction means are guided on the two longitudinal edges of the conveyor trough or outside the same. The traction means are completely open over their entire length. They are therefore a constant threat to the miners working in the strut. The subject of the invention is a driver conveyor with a trough-shaped conveyor trough and transversely penetrating carriers, in which the driver traction means are guided in one or two guide channels on one or both upper longitudinal edges of the conveyor trough. The novelty is that to form the guide channel or channels, the longitudinal edge or edges of the conveyor trough while maintaining a constant. Curvature and releasing, a narrow, for. Trough-deepest turned slot for the passage of the carrier on the conveyor track * are bent back. If the drivers are attached to a traction mechanism on one side only and the conveyor trough and the return trough are arranged one above the other, then the conveying trough and the return trough are expediently designed in the same way to reduce the overall height and are mirror images of one another, so far laterally offset from one another that the return channel of the The return channel is opposite that of the fjord and towers above the latter. This design and arrangement of the guide troughs for thin traction means has the additional advantage that the capacity of the conveyor is increased. In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in cross section. When executing according to Flg @
move in the trough-shaped 1 # -a
derrinne a the iditnehmer b. Dieseiuirila @
mer b are connected by the connecting links (to the drag chains d.
To form guides for the drag chains rl are the two
Longitudinal edges f of the channel while maintaining a constant curvature like a loop
bent inwards. All that remains is a narrow slot on the slide
for the passage of the connecting links for the driver.
The capacity is increased by the guide channels arranged in this way
the gutter is significantly enlarged. Small quantities of fines that get into the channels f,
slide automatically back to the depths of the trough. The traction means d work
thus always automatically free. If necessary, on the side of the guide channels.
f individual openings h can still be arranged. through which the fine material also emerges
can.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the drivers b are only connected to a traction means d on one side. The conveyor trough a and the return trough i are arranged in mirror image to one another and offset from one another in such a way that the guide channel ft for the return trough is opposite the channel f of the conveying trough and projects beyond the conveying trough a itself. In this case too, there is thus an increased capacity of the channel in the conveying strand. In both embodiments, the traction means are protected in the channels j and j 'in such a way that direct contact is possible. Injuries or squeezed tongues of the descenders working in the strut cannot therefore occur.
