Conveyor chute The patent 628 116 is based on the idea that in
to hold down the conveyor belt lying on the conveyor chute by pressure strips. These pressure bars
are hinged so that the tape can be inserted and removed.
But since the tape at its edges cannot be properly grasped for the guidance,
the pressure bars are inclined inwards, creating a triangular cavity
between the bottom of the slide (or the conveyor belt) and the joint point of the pressure bar
arises. This cavity is filled with the conveyed material, so that an upward
directed pressure against the pressure bar arises, which is caused by the movement of the against
the intermediate good working conveyor belt becomes quite considerable. The print bar
can thereby be claimed to the point of bending, so that the case of refusal of service
can occur.
This disadvantageous circumstance is avoided by the invention, and
in that the pressure bar is bent at an angle in its longitudinal course and
that the lower flange on the inside of the slide cheek up to the height
the surface of the conveyor belt is in contact with the conveyor belt and is bent inwards by the slide,
so that the broad side of the bent flange gives guidance. The advantage of
angled pressure bar is not just that between it and the conveyor chute
a cavity is avoided, but also that the conveyor belt is not with the
Narrow edge of the pressure bar, but held down with a wide contact surface
so that the wear is reduced. It is also due to the angular curvature
the section modulus of the pressure bar is considerably more favorable, whereby it should be noted
that the pressure bar is also subjected to bending along its length.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in three figures.

The conveyor belt a is stored in the chute i; it is held down and guided in this position by the pressure bar .a ,. b. This pressure bar is rotatably mounted around the bolt c, the eye of which is formed by the bending out of the slide clamp at d and by the tab that is also bent towards the eye. The bolt c lies in a joint body f, which is solid and cylindrical, so that the recess in the slide cheek, in which the joint is located, is closed when the pressure bar is pivoted. The pressure bar consists of the two angled flanges a and b and is held in its working position by a fastening; # '_ body g';::;<._. This fastening body penetrates - di @@ `ä ,. Parts of the material to be conveyed that enter the small space L do not come to rest here, but are continually conveyed out by the conveyor belt. You therefore do not come to a significant upward pressure by which the pressure bar could be loaded, especially since the attack lever against the pressure bar would be very small.
