Touch mechanism of an electromagnetically triggered die setting and line casting machine
The invention relates to the push button mechanism with an electromagnetically actuated release device
equipped die setting and line casting machine. With such key mechanisms comes
on the one hand it depends on the fact that closing at the beginning of the key movement
the contact takes place with complete certainty, and that the contact closure
is independent of the further depression of the key, so that in particular itself
when the available key travel is fully used, the resilient ones do not bend
electrical contacts can take place beyond the prescribed limit.
These conditions are also met elsewhere in electrical engineering, and
with the help of the so-called cam circuits, but they are still used for this purpose

Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht hierzu und Fig. 3 dieselbe Ansicht "vie Fig. i, jedoch
An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing
shown; they show: FIG. i a side view of the new key in the rest position,
FIG. 2 is a front view of this and FIG. 3 is the same view as in FIG
when the key is partially depressed and at the beginning of its movement, after
here the closing of the correspondingly bent resilient contacts has already taken place.
an.
ebenfalls abgeflacht.
The electrical contact springs 2 are fastened in the tracer frame i firmly connected to the machine room. Against the front end of the upper spring of each contact spring pair, in the rest position of all parts corresponding to the interrupted circuit (FIGS. I and 2), there is a rotatably mounted eccentric disc, but advantageously a cam q pivoted on an axis 3 of the tracer frame i. with a contact surface 5 adapted to the contact springs. This contact surface 5 is expediently obtained as a flattening on the otherwise circular arc-shaped switching disk 4 .. The part of the switching disk 4 facing the buttons 6 upwards in the rest position (FIGS. 1 and 2) is advantageously also flattened. As can be seen from the drawing, a rod 7, which is connected in the same way to the key pin 8, which is longitudinally displaceable in the feeler frame i, is hinged to this part of the switching disk 4, which is in the rest position above the axis of rotation 3, as can be seen from the drawing. A spring, for example a helical spring 9 which surrounds the stylus 8 underneath the pushbutton 6 and rests against the frame i, endeavors to always push the button 6, 8 and thus all of the related parts upwards or in their in FIGS and to bring the rest position shown. Expediently, for reasons of easier assembly, instead of the helical spring 9, a leaf spring (not shown here) that is fixed on the one hand to the frame i and engages the key pin 8 with its free end is provided. The arrangement of the articulated rod 7 ensures that when the key is depressed, no friction occurs between the key pin 8 and the switching disk 4. The arrangement is made so that at the beginning of the downward movement of the key 6, 8, that is, with a small rotation of the switching disk .1. in the direction of arrow A (Fig. 3), the contact surface 5 leaves the upper contact spring and already here the contact curve io, which can expediently be in the shape of a circular arc, presses against the contact springs -2 or brings them into contact with one another and thereby bends slightly downwards ( Fig. 3). The distance of the curve io from the axis of rotation 3 of the switching disk, i.e. the radius of the circular arc io, is greater than the distance between the bearing surfaces 5 from the axis of rotation 3, depending on the required and permissible deflection of the contact springs 2 to be brought into contact with one another understandable that the setter has the feeling of having done the work required to close the circuit, ie having bent the contact springs 2 accordingly, even when hitting the keys, if he moves them even a little bit here; the setter feels the resistance he has to overcome during this work, so when the curve io takes the place of the contact surface 5 at the beginning of the movement and presses against the contact springs 2. With this new arrangement, the setter is on the one hand not forced to press the button 6, 8, in order to be certain of perfect contact closure, until the end of its stroke, as is the case when the contact closure may only take place, because otherwise it is closed Depressing the key too much will result in bending of the contact springs and, as a result, unreliability in the release of the die. On the other hand, even if the button 6, 8 is depressed further than required to close the circuit, the contact springs 2 cannot bend more; because once they have been brought into contact with one another by the curve io, the curve io is only shifted on the upper contact spring without the latter being pressed further downwards.
also die Anwendung besonders schwacher Tastenrückstellfedern 9, was eine Voraussetzung
The one opposite to the curve io, ineffective, i.e. H. not with
the contact springs 2 coming into connection part of the switching disk 4 is expediently
symmetrical, so also designed accordingly to a full disk to
this way, when the key is depressed, a counteracting the key pressure, the
Spring 9 to get supporting power. This allows training in which
the moving parts alone keep their equilibrium
and
the spring 9 only has to act insignificantly stronger than this to overcome the
Friction between the switching curve io and the contact springs z is required. These
specified, felt to be very useful training of the switching disk q. enables
so the use of particularly weak key return springs 9, which is a prerequisite
to avoid the otherwise easily occurring, especially in continuous operation
The setter is showing signs of fatigue.
