mehrere, voneinander isolierte Schleifringe vorgesehen.
Collector switch for the regulation of step transformers It is already
a voltage regulator (regulating transformer) known to avoid its secondary current
of short circuits between the individual transformer taps via a collector switch
to be led. The collector switch consists of a collector, its' fins
are connected to the transformer taps. Inside the collector are
several, isolated slip rings are provided. From each slip ring to the
inner wall of the collector is made contact by a brush.
Each slip ring is inside with your one end of a resistor
tied together. The other ends of all resistors are connected to a common lead
. connected. Such a collector switch is cumbersome to set up and required
a relatively large amount of space. The object of the invention is now to address these disadvantages
remove. It concerns a collector switch for regulating step transformers,
in which the current is passed through a plurality of brushes on different lamellas
- each of which is connected in series via a resistor or several
Resistances is connected to a common derivative. According to the invention '
the resistors that can be rotated with the brush are located within the collector.
Buchse sitzenden Schleifring io verbunden.
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch
In the following, the invention will be described in greater detail on the basis of exemplary embodiments
explained. _ Fig. I shows schematically a collector switch 3 with

has the two winding parts 2a and 2b. These are provided with taps.
The individual taps are connected to the segments 4 of the collector. To the

Link. According to the invention, the resistors that can be rotated with the brushes are now located
inside the collector. Fi.g.2 shows a section through a collector switch
according to the invention. The brushes 5 are carried by a brush holder 6. This
is designed so that all the brushes relative to the collector when it rotates
can be moved. The individual resistors 7 are also insulated on the brush holder
attached, which are within the collector and connected to the brushes 5 in series
are. When the brushes are rotated, these resistors are also moved. the

a brush i i can be fed to the consumer device, reiS 12. By turning
of the brush holder and the resistors in one sense or another can be the
voltage generated in the additional transformer regulated in terms of magnitude and direction

13 provided. In the exemplary embodiment, the brushes and the resistors are located
inside the collector, which is designed as a hollow body. Fig. 3 shows schematically
another embodiment in which the collector has the grinding surface on the outside
having. The brushes, 5 are in this case by one over the outer collector edge
protruding arm 14 supported, the one lying in the longitudinal axis of the collector body
Axis of rotation is connected. The resistors 15 are again located inside the hollow collector body.
32 bzw. 33 bzw. 34 angeschlossen.
In the embodiments described so far, the ends of the resistors facing away from the brushes are connected to the common discharge line. Instead, a circuit according to FIG. 4 can be used. Only a part of the collector is shown here in development. a and b denote two collector segments which are separated from one another by the insulating strip c. Si1is 58 or 51 'to 58' are eight brushes each, which rest on the collector surface. The brushes are advantageously arranged in two rows. The brush width is chosen so that it is slightly smaller than the thickness of the insulating strip. In each case two brushes offset by a segment pitch are connected to the ends of a resistor, which is preferably designed as an inductive resistor. For example, brushes 51 and 51 ', brushes 52 and 52' etc. are connected to the ends of a resistor 21 to 28 each. These resistors are provided with center taps. Furthermore, the center taps of the resistors 21 and 25, 22 and 26, 23 and 27, 24 and 28 are each connected to a resistor 3 i or 32 or 33 or 34. In an analogous manner, the center taps of the resistors 31 and 32 are connected to a resistor 41 and those of the resistors 33 and 34 are connected to a resistor 42. Another resistor 50 is located at the center tap of resistors 41 and 42. The center tap of this resistor is to be connected to a slip ring from which the current is then drawn.
The resistors used in this circuit are with the brushes
moved together within the collector body; the circuit described enables
a special fine-level regulation, because a large number of brushes and transition levels
is used.
