Eine solche hoch-■ vakuumdichte Kapselung wird dadurch erzielt, daß der Motor von einer allseitig dichten, Rotor und Stator umschließenden Trommel umgeben ist, deren Seitenwände im Gegensatz zu den bekannten, anderen Zwecken dienenden Anordnungen, bei welchen der Elektromotor in einer Trommel untergebracht ist, keinerlei Durchführungen für bewegliche Teile, wie Wellen, Achsen u. dgl, besitzen.
