Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherheitsbogen, insbesondere ein Papier als Vorsatzpapier in einem Paß.The invention relates to a security sheet, in particular a paper as endpaper in a passport.

Name und Vorname des Inhabers, seine Nationalität, dessen Geburtstag und Geburtsort, seine Adresse und seine Photographie sind auf einer Bogenseite eingetragen und von einem transparenten Bogen aus synthetischem Material abgedeckt, wobei dieses Deckblatt auf der Bogenoberfläche in einer Weise aufgeleimt ist, daß es nicht ohne Zerstörung des Blattes, auf dem es befestigt ist, herausgerissen werden kann.Passports generally consist of a cover made of strong leather-like paper and sheets. Der Bogen wird vorzugsweise mit Hilfe einer wäßrigen Zusammensetzung beschichtet (gegautscht), die in der französischen Patentanmeldung 90 13310 beschrieben und beansprucht ist. Beispielsweise läßt sich der Bogen mit einer wäßrigen Zusammensetzung beschichten, die ein Bindemittel aufweist, beispielsweise eine wäßrige Dispersion aus Polyurethan, einen Trägerstoff, beispielsweise Kaolin sowie einen Weichmacher, beispielsweise Glycerin. Die Blätter bzw. Seiten 3 und der Einband sind mittels einer durch einen Faden 5 gebildeten Naht 4 miteinander befestigt. Die Blätter bestehen beispielsweise aus Sicherheitspapier auf der Grundlage von Baumwollfasern mit filigranartigen Zeichnungen, Splittern und gegebenenfalls fluoreszierenden Sicherheitsfäden. Ein Papierbogen 6 bildet das Vorsatzpapier zusammen mit dem Einband 2. Dieses Filigranmuster wird in der Weise eingeprägt, daß ein ausgeprägterer Auftrag von Fasern in einer mittigen Zone 8 des Bogens 6 erzielt wird. Die mittige Zone 8 hat somit eine Dicke e&sub2;, die ausgeprägter ist als die Dicke e&sub1; des übrigen Bogens. Die mittige Zone 8 stellt daher ein dunkles Filigran dar. Die mittige Zone 8 weist eine Dicke von mehr als 50 % im Vergleich zu der Dicke e&sub1; der jeweils dünnen Zone 7a und 7b auf. Beispielsweise weist die Zone 7a, 7b eine Dicke von jeweils 60 µm auf, wobei die Zone 8 eine Dicke von 90 µm aufweist (d. h. 30 µm mehr, das sind 50 % mehr).The sheet 6 according to the invention has a zone 7a and a zone 7b, each of a thin design with a thickness e1. Auf diese Weise ist der erfindungsgemäße Bogen 6 an den Zonen 7a und 7b ausreichend dünn, so daß die aufgedruckten oder handschriftlichen Einträge 9 auf einer Seite jeweils einer Zone 7a, 7b nicht ohne Beschädigung des Bogens 6 abgekratzt werden können. In dem Falle, daß ein betrügerischer Nachahmer die Einträge dadurch zu fälschen versucht, daß er sie abkratzt, wird der Bogen 6 durchlöchert und/oder zerrissen. In gleicher Weise wird auch in dem Falle, daß der betrügerische Nachahmer versucht, den Bogen 6 vom Einband 2 des Passes aus der Befestigung zu lösen, der dünne Bogen 6 zerreissen. Nach einer Ausgestaltung ist der Bogen 6 rechteckig. Er kann dabei auch abgerundete Ecken aufweisen, wie unter 11 in der Abbildung 2 dargestellt, und kann zu diesem Zweck die Form des Einbandes 2 annehmen, wenn jener abgerundete Ecken aufweist. Dieser Bogen 6 weist einen Median 12 parallel zu den Breitseiten 13, 14 des Bogens auf. Die mittige Zone 8 stellt ein Rechteck dar, deren Breitseiten 15, 16 parallel zu den Längsseiten 13, 14 des Bogens 6 sind.
