Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen kastenförmigen Behälter zur Aufnahme von in ein Tuch eingeschlagenem molkehaltigen Quarg mit einem belastbaren Einschiebedeckel, bei dem Behälterwandungen und der Deckel verteilt angeordnete Löcher für den Abfluß der Molke haben. Sie besteht darin, daß die Löcher sich von außen nach innen erweitern, indem ihre Ränder in einer auf die Innenseite der Wandungen glatt übergehenden Wölbung verlaufen, wobei die Ränder der Löcher mit großem Radius nach außen abgebogen sein können. Der Deckel ist nach seiner Außenseite zu gewölbt oder dachförmig und an seiner Außenseite mit Ansätzen zur Auflage eines Gewichtes versehen, so daß unterhalb des aufgelegten Gewichtes ' die Deckeloberfläche möglichst freiliegt.
