Portion pack according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lid is made of a material selected from aluminum with a thickness of 15 to 60 µm and a multilayer film consisting either of paper of 20 to 60 g/m², plastic with a thickness of 20 to 60 µm and aluminum with a thickness of 5 to 20 µm or of EVOH or PVDC with a thickness of 5 to 30 µm and plastic (PP, PE or PA) of 20 to 100 µm or of PET (5 to 30 µm) and plastic (PP, PE) of 20 to 100 µm or of metallized PET or PET provided with an ultra-barrier layer such as SiO₂. 5.
