Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schachtel zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Gegenständen, wobei die Schachtel in ihrem Inneren eine aufrechte Kielkonstruktion enthält, um sowohl Trennmittel bzw. Separatoren als auch Haltemittel für die verpackten Gegenstände bereitzustellen. Typischerweise umfassen die Gegenstände Becher bzw. Joghurtbecher, Töpfe oder Krüge bzw. Marmeladen- bzw. Einmachgläser, die Nahrungsmittel enthalten. Schachtelzuschnitt 10 umfaßt eine obere Wandfläche 12 und Seiten wandflächen 14 und 16, die an die obere Wandfläche 12 entlang der transversal verlaufenden Faltlinien 18 bzw. 20 angelenkt sind. Die Grundfläche bzw. Basis der Schachtel umfaßt untere Wandflächen 22 und 24, die an Seitenwandflächen 14 und 16 entlang der transversal verlaufenden Faltlinien 26 bzw. 28 angelenkt sind. Eine Kielstruktur K wird aus Wandflächenabschnitten 30, 32 und 34, 36 gebildet. Im einzelnen umfaßt die Kielstruktur Seitenwandflächen 30 und 34, die an die unteren Wandflächen 22 bzw. 24 entlang der unterbrochenen, transversal verlaufenden Faltlinien 38 und 40 angelenkt sind. Kiel K umfaßt des weiteren zwei obere Wandflächenabschnitte 32 und 36. Oberer Kiel-Wandflächenabschnitt 32 ist faltbar mit Kiel-Seitenwandfläche 30 entlang der unterbrochenen Faltlinie 42 verbunden, wohingegen oberer Kiel-Wandflächenabschnitt 36 faltbar mit Kiel-Seitenwandfläche 34 entlang einer unterbrochenen Faltlinie 44 verbunden ist. Obere Kiel-Wandfläche 32 umfaßt eine Laschen-Aufnahme-Ausnehmung 48, wohingegen obere Wandfläche 36 eine Kiel-Verschlußlasche 50 umfaßt. Die Ausbildung des Kiels in eine aufrechte Stellung ist in Figuren 3 und 4 dargestellt. Lasche 50 wird in Ausnehmung 48 geschoben und unterlegt dadurch obere Wandfläche 32. Die Randabschnitte des oberen Kiel-Wandflächenabschnitts 32, angrenzend an Ausnehmung 48, unterlegen dadurch den oberen Kiel-Wandflächenabschnitt 36, wodurch ein mit Kiel K ineinandergreifender oberer Wandflächenabschnitt gebildet wird. Kiel K wird ferner stabilisiert durch das ineinandergreifen der unteren Wandflächen mittels Verschlußlasche 52, die nach oben um Drehbefestigung 54 gedreht wird und sich dadurch durch eine komplementäre Verschlußöffnung 56 hindurchschiebt, die durch Klappe 58 definiert ist und ausgestanzt ist aus Lasche 50, ausgebildet im unteren Wandflächenabschnitt 24. Keel K is further stabilized by the interlocking of the lower panels by means of locking tab 52 which is rotated upwardly about pivot mount 54 and thereby passes through a complementary locking aperture 56 defined by flap 58 and punched out of tab 50 formed in lower panel portion 24. This embodiment does not require gluing of the keel and is found to be more economical than known cardboard keel constructions when using cardboard material such as paperboard.
Figuren 5 bis 9 zeigen eine weitere Schachtel Pa als Ausführungsform der Erfindung, wobei gleiche Teile des vorstehenden Ausführungsbeispiels durch gleiche Bezugszeichen unter Hinzufügen des Indexes "a" gekennzeichnet sind. Zwei individuelle Kielstrukturteile Ka und Ka' werden durch Ausstanzen einer Reihe von Kielelementen aus einer einzigen unteren Wandfläche 22a gebildet. Untere Wandfläche 22a ist an Seitenwandfläche 14a entlang einer transversal verlaufenden Faltlinie 26a und an Seitenwandfläche 16a entlang einer transversal verlaufenden Faltlinie 28a angelenkt. Der Kielteil Ka umfaßt Seitenwandflächenelemente 30a und 34a und oberes Wandflächenelement 32a. Kiel-Verschlußzunge 50a wird in eine komplementäre Kiel-Verschlußöffnung 48a in Seitenwandfläche 34a eingeführt. Zunge 50a kann sodann um die Biegelinie 44a herum nach oben gedreht werden, damit Seitenwandfläche 34a und Zunge 50a annähernd coplanar zueinander sind und glatt an der Seite eines Gegenstandes Ca liegen können. Kielteil Ka' wird in gleichartiger Weise gebildet. Dadurch wird ein unterbrochener Kiel gebildet, der kein Verkleben erfordert, um seine aufgerichtete Stellung beizubehalten. To form the keel portion, side wall panels 30a and 34a are folded into an upright position about fold lines 38a and 34a, respectively, while top wall panel 32a is folded along fold line 42a. Keel locking tab 50a is inserted into a complementary keel locking opening 48a in side wall panel 34a. Tab 50a can then be rotated upward about bend line 44a to allow side wall panel 34a and tab 50a to be approximately coplanar with each other and to lie flat against the side of an article Ca. Keel portion Ka' is formed in a similar manner. This forms an interrupted keel that does not require bonding to maintain its upright position. The keel elements are formed from material punched out of the lower wall surface 22a and require no additional material.

Klappen f&sub1; und f&sub2; werden unter obere Wandfläche 32d geschoben und Aufnahmeöffnung Rd bewegt sich in Eingriff mit den Schlitzen 50d', wodurch Kielteil Kd in einer aufrechten Stellung gehalten wird.Keel part Kd further includes upper panel sections 32d and 36d. Obere Wandfläche 32e ist faltbar mit Seitenwandfläche 30e über Biegelinie 42e verbunden, die sich von jeder Seite des Klappenabschnitts 64e, ausgeschnitten aus Seitenwandfläche 30e, erstreckt, um Gegenstandaufnehmende Ausnehmung 65e zu bilden. Entsprechend ist obere Wandfläche 36e faltbar mit Seitenwandfläche 34e über Biegelinie 44e verbunden, wobei Wandfläche 36e Klappenabschnitt 67e umfaßt, der Ausnehmung 66e definiert. Obere Wandfläche 36e umfaßt des weiteren Mittellasche 50e und Randschlitze 50e' der Mittellasche sowie Randlaschen 51e und 52e. Obere Wandflächen 32e und 36e stehen in Eingriff miteinander, so daß Lasche 50c unter Wandfläche 32e liegt und die Kante bzw. Ecke der Ausnehmung Re in Eingriff mit den Schlitzen 50e' gebracht wird, wohingegen Laschen 51e und 52e über den Klappen f1e und f2e liegen. Gegenstand-aufnehmende Ausnehmungen 65e und 66e einer jeden Seitenwand erscheinen demgemäß im gebildeten Kiel Ke, um die Seitenwände eines Gegenstandes aufzunehmen.Figures 14 and 15 show another embodiment of a keel part Ke comprising side wall panels 30e and 34e.
