Abstract

The electric radiator is comprised of modular elements (2) of the accumulation type which may be assembled as a function of the power required to form a wall-fixed or movable radiator of reduced size, the modular elements (2) being comprised of three hollow parts, a top part (10) with convection deflectors (16), a bottom part (11) supporting the modular element (2) and a central part (9) consisting of an envelope provided with vertical fins joined to the side faces accessible through a double wall (15) and limiting the touch temperature to a non-dangerous value, the central parts containing one or a plurality of refractory bricks (19) fitted with an internal electric resistor, the assembly being completed by a terminal element (1) including the electric supply as well as the control and regulation apparatuses (7, 8).
