Description
Process for the production of an airspace-insulated electrical line There are numerous air-insulated electrical lines, especially high-frequency lines, been proposed in which the inner conductor by threads or cords made of dielectric material concentrically within the outer conductor or the shield is held. The arrangements that have become known to date have all been considerable 'Cons, on. For example, you have the outer conductor through a metal wire or hand braid formed - in - that the hanging threads were looped. Such an arrangement is not only difficult to implement, but also yields no stable outer conductor: arrangements have also become known in which the threads were attached to a support structure arranged under the outer conductor. These arrangements. but have a fairly significant attenuation due to the fact that the support structure leads to field distortions. Even if the scaffolding is out. Insulating material are manufactured, have: gie greater attenuation than cables without support scaffolding. Next, these arrangements have the disadvantage that the breaking of the thread .an a Position may endanger the support of the entire cable. One of those There is also a particular disadvantage when looking for a different proposal the outer conductor from a sheet metal folded together and the support threads through helically arranged slots in: the outer conductor through around the inner conductor. Next, however, this arrangement has the very significant disadvantage that it is not a continuous one Outer conductor is present; @ It is constantly interrupted by de strip-shaped slots.
The invention shows a way of using a low-attenuation cable Threads vm inside the outer conductor or the shielding supported inner conductor create in which the outer conductor as a substantially uninterrupted tube is designed.
Fig.5 shows an associated longitudinal section, with the one in the longitudinal direction of the cable offset thread connection points all as in the plane of the drawing are shown folded in.
In all cases, the cable has an inner conductor a, the inside of the outer conductor or the shielding b is held by threads c. The outer conductor b consists of a closed sheet metal tube with an overlapped or folded joint (not shown), that only by a regular sequence of preferably circular holes dl to d4 is interrupted, so that it is electrically as closed Pipe works. In the arrangement according to Fig. B. in a cross-sectional plane four holes; d arranged. During production, a loop is made from the inner conductor of the thread c first passed through the Lochidl and there with the help of not shown; .aber structures known in sewing technology, e.g. B. a gripper, pulled out so far, that it gets to the next hole d2: In the meantime the tool leading out, that has retreated from the hole and by a corresponding movement the thread a quarter turn around the inner conductor, put the thread to the second Now draw through the hole, d2 outwards and through the extended one in Fig. I x marked loop passed through, whereupon the outer looping link in turn comes into action and the new loop leads to Lochld3, etc. After this The process is repeated four times, the thread is rotated by relative rotation between the ladder and thread-guiding links wrapped a few times helically around the conductor a, and it is now done at the front end of the thread (on the right in Fig. i) below. repetition the production of the next crosshair. Instead of a fourfold suspension at each cross-sectional point could also be a suspension over three holes dl offset by i 2o '. to d3. With this arrangement there would be a risk that if the thread tore at one point of the Keeps something from being compromised. That can easily be changed by the led out @ '@ llingen x by gluing on the outer conductor', Afestigt. The sticking can e.g. B., can also be done by laying around an electrical tape; also can the outer conductor be covered from the outset with an adhesive layer of fabric through which the thread legends Pierce limbs like a sewing needle through the fabric.
In the arrangement according to Fig. Ä it is assumed that the outer conductor b is wavy, and further; that the outwardly guided thread loops x are not in In the direction of the circumference, but in the longitudinal direction along your coat. The fixing then takes place either only by gluing or instead or next to it by laying around a fastening thread or wire f, which is shown in the example inserted into the grooves of the outer jacket.
In the execution according to Fig. 3, the determination of the only takes place protrude over the outside of the outer conductor b. the thread loops thereby, that by means of a boat-like structure a fastening thread is passed through it has been. The thread course here is somewhat similar to that of an ordinary lockstitch, that a home sewing machine produces: It can, however, also expediently involve the hazard the construction when a thread break occurs by sticking the thread on the outer shell or fixing by means of an adhesive fabric hub laid around it eliminated will.
The production of the structure according to Fig. 4 and 5 is done in a similar way Way as with the arrangement according to Fig.3. It's just not the four Löchengi here to; d4 each arranged in a cross-sectional plane, but they run after one Helical line, so that each after leading out a thread loop and setting : through the shuttle thread the entire waveguide structure relative to the thread legends Linking; in addition to the 90 ° turn, a short axial shift according to the slope the screw lens executes at 9o °. Fig. 5 shows the course of the support thread c particularly see clearly. The holes dund., R14 are in the plane of the holes dl and r13 shown folded in. Regarding the definition of the threads, this applies to what is said of the other embodiments.
If the shielding or the outer conductor is made of a thin metal layer consists on a dielectric tube, the thread-laying members can also through Immediately push the cover and the ladder back. In the exemplary embodiments it is assumed that the thread loops of the hanging thread are led from the inside to the outside and are set outside. The Ahstützu, g could, however, also vice versa made that .the thread loops x from the outside to the inside by means of a machine needle-like Member introduced and on the ladder by means of a gripper or shuttle by looping around or linking.
