Abstract
Composite girder formed by two T-shaped steel sections (2, 3) of comparable size juxtaposed so as to have the flanges in a single plane and fixed to the adjacent sides of their flanges by welding (17). A thick metal sheet (15) provided with hollowed-out regions (6) is fixed perpendicularly to the parallel webs (4, 5) of the said sections (2, 3). Hollowed-out regions (7) are provided in the webs of the sections (2, 3). The concrete, during its casting, penetrates via the hollowed-out regions (6, 7) into the space defined by the sections (2, 3) in order to thus form a concrete-steel composite girder. <IMAGE>
