Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Vorrichtungen zur Abstützung von Kettensägen beim Fällen von Bäumen, bei welchen das Motortragstück der Kettensäge sich gegen eine an dem Stamm selbst zu befestigende Stützplatte o. dgl. abstützt, auf welcher es vorzugsweise schwenkbar geführt ist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ausgestaltung solcher Stützvorrichtungen derart, daß die Stützvorrichtung in bequemer Weise mittels einer Schraubenspindel von dem Baumstamm gelöst werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke ist die zur Aufnahme des Motortragstückes der Kettensäge dienende Stützplatte mit einer Aussparung versehen, die zum Eingriff des klauenartigen Unterteiles einer auf einer gegen den Stamm abzustützenden Schraubenspindel verschiebbaren Mutter dient.
