Von der. bisher bekanntgewordenen Verfahren, wie das Herstellen von Absperrvorrichtungen mit Brücken o. dgl., bei dem die für sich hergestellte Brücke aus beliebigem Werkstoff und in beliebiger Formgattung so in den Kern einzustampfen und in die Gießform einzubringen ist, daß sie beim Gießen mit diesem verschweißt und beim Erkalten dann eingeschrumpft wird, und dem der sparlosen Herstellung einer von Temperaturänderungen unabhängizen Passung zweier oder mehrerer Körper durch Gießen, geneigte Flächen derart vorzusehen, daß bei einer durch ungleiche Dehnung der Körper entstehenden Verschiebung der Berührungsstellen derselben durch Aneinanderpassen von gleichgerichteten Flächen ebenfalls eine sichere Abdichtung erzielt wird, sowie auch dasjenige, Vorkehrungen beim An--ießen einer von höherem Schmelzpunkt, z. B. Stahl, an einen eingeformten Körper aus einer Legierung mit niedrigerem Schmelzpunkt, z. B. Bronze, derart zu treuen, daß der in den Bronzekörper gelegte Sandkern mit einer Kokille ummantelt wird, um die Bronze vor dem Flüssigwerden durch den Anießwerkstoff zu schützen, unterscheidet sich' das hier behandelte dadurch, daß in den Gehäusekern ein aus gleichem Werkstoff wie das Gehäuse bestehender und mit einen: kragenartigen Ansatz versehener Ring eingeformt und in das Gehäuse eingegossen wird, in dessen besonders geformte Nut der aus leichter schmelzendem Werkstoff bestehende Ventilsitzring eingesetzt ist.
