Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kartoffellegmaschine, bei welcher die in einem oberen Sammelgefäß befindlichen Säatkartoffeln mit Hilfe von Vereinzelungsvorrich-S tungen einzeln in eine darunter befindliche Verteilerwalze gefördert werden, von* wo sie durch eine gemeinsame Legeröhre nacheinander in die Furche oder das Pflanzloch gelangen. Der in sonst üblicher Weise ausgebildete Saatkartoffelbehälter β endigt unten in einen schmalen Kanal b, der nur so breit ist, daß eine Kartoffel darin bequem Platz findet, und ist durch geeignet hohe Zwischenwänden in eine Anzahl kürzere Abschnitte, in der Zeichnung beispielsweise vier, geteilt. Beide Räder laufen mit gleicher Umdrehungszahl so gegeneinander, daß sich die Finger von unten nach oben bewegen und die im Behälter liegenden Kartoffeln gemeinsam frei hochheben, also von der unteren Öffnung abdrängen. Die Lagerung der beiden Sternräder ist dabei so getroffen, daß jedesmal die zuunterst liegende Kartoffel nicht mitgefaßt wird, sondern auf der Walze Ii liegenbleibt. Unterdessen hat sich diese Walze etwas weiter gedreht, so daß eine ihrer vier Bohrungen unter den Kanal b zu *i stehen kommt und die liegengebliebene Kartoffel hineinfallen kann (s. Abb. 2).
